The enrollment, drop, and payment features are easy to use. Cons The only thing I dislike about the software is that I find setting up classes difficult. Cons The software is not always user friendly. We have multiple classes at the same time with the same level. This makes it hard when we charge for tuition. The customer service team are great and if you have any questions they are on hand to answer them very quickly. The company seems very open to taking feedback and making changes to its software through its ideas portal which is awesome. Cons It’s a little daunting at first with all its tabs BUT at the end of the day it is essentially a big database and with so many different options and abilities you are going to have a lot of tabs. It is also nice to have the time clock and attendance features accessible through a specific staff portal. Cons My least favorite piece of this software is that it does not provide opportunities to build your own reports. It has several useful reports, but everyone's needs are different. March 6, 2018 5.0 Pros It's very user friendly, anyone can use it. We are able to manage thousands of customers, class schedules and multiple locations. JRC customer service is very helpful and responsive when we have issues. Cons We don't really have any complaints.
