Customer service is terrific. Allows us to run our business with effectively. Staff can login and see what they need to see. Pros Highly functionable , excellent features that allows us to manage our database effectively and efficiently. Cons billed per student. Does not matter if enrolled or not. Cover class scheduling and billing as well as employee scheduling and payroll. Has color-coded option which makes looking at the screen all day much easier. Pros The website loads faster, even when on slow data connections or mobile devices. The canned reports are good and the ability to create and save favorites is helpful. Cons Has a hard learning curve and wish it had a better mobile option or an app that'd have been easy to use. March 23, 2022 4.0 Overall we are happy with JackRabbit, but only use a limited part of it's functionality. Pros It allowed people interested in our private lessons reserve a spot available with an instructor in real time, rather than us going back and forth over email trying to agree on an available spot Cons It is not really designed for private lessons and all the varibles of such a class, so we've had to continue to do alot of the work manually on the back end. You also have to pay per person that register a profile, not by how many are registered in a class. So we have less than 30 classes, but often have to pay for over 100 'potential' students.. I'm constantly having to 'delete' or archive profiles of people. Pros It is very powerful tool and does A LOT. There is a lot to learn up front but the support is great especially the on line chat feature. Cons There are soooo many features and so many details to the program, it takes a lot of time to get comfortable with but there is no way around that.
