We are based in South Africa and have never had a problem getting hold of someone on the support team, they are very helpful and know their product. The system has helped me to simplify sending bulk mails and accounts etc. Pros The fact that everything from class schedules and attendance to family and account information is on one system and that it is always available in real time. Lots of manual work is required, leading to user errors. No-responsive websites are thing of the past. An app will be better too.
