Overall satisfied with the product. Pros We switched to online enrollment. This platform is what is used by other education centers in town so we chose it for familiarity. It has been a good fit so far. Overall very satisfied with the platform. Cons Some critiques, no way to allow for member discounts, and the family system is confusing for families without kids. August 24, 2020 4.0 Pros It’s very nice to be able to see all of the classes at once, and it makes taking attendance super easy. I also like being able to see any make-ups right with my other students names! Cons The only downside I’ve discovered is that if I forget to do my time once during the week too, I can’t go back in the next week and change anything, but I think that’s more user error than product error. Pros It had all of the newest features, like tracking data, emailing customers, keeping customer details organized, etc. Cons It was very confusing to figure out and you had to pay by how many customers you had, rather than a flat fee per month. It was very easy to navigate even on my first time logging in. I love how well it is organized and keeps track of my classes and students.
