### "Great Software That Keeps Getting Better"

This is my first gymnastics software and I'm grateful for the great job Jackrabbit has done to help us help our customers.

Pros

Jackrabbit goes above and beyond in many aspects and offers great customer support to help us make sure we're taking advantage of the features they offer as much as we want. I'm relatively new to Jackrabbit and can see that they have been and continue to constantly evolve and add functions to improve the system based on the feedback they receive from their users.

Cons

We're currently handling annual registration fees on an individual basis by checking the date the last one was billed, as we haven't been able to get together a report that combines the exact info we need to continue billing these our way. Some of our users also run into occasional IT issues but nothing that's stopped us from getting the job done after a slight delay.

Love Jackrabbit and all that it offers. They are quick to respond, open to change and catering to the specific needs of the environment.

Pros

Been using this system for years. Very user friendly for all parties, great IT support, and is set up to cater to a one-stop-shop.

Cons

As they've began to grow and adapt to changes, they have had bugs and issues that tend to happen during peak working hours.

Jackrabbit has been a very useful tool. I find a lot of it's functionality may not be intuitive; however, with some exploring of features and review of posted webinars it's not too difficult to learn.

Pros

Jackrabbit is a fantastic platform for CRM. It's easy to locate accounts through partial search criteria.

Cons

Report functionality is very limited. I often find myself exporting 2 (sometimes 3 or more) reports and using excel to cross reference and generate useful data. Some examples include reenrollment rates, drop rates, staff enrollments, class inventory by categories, specific attendance reporting for no show absences over a specific threshold with a custom date range.

My overall experience has been great. It is easy to use and navigate. They are always updating the system to make it even better. The only updates I do not like are the new dashboard and the new calendar. Other than that, I love it.

Pros

Easy to learn and use! Plus, customer service/help team is very quick and helpful. I’ve never run into an issue that I wasn’t able to have fixed within an hour.

Cons

The new dashboard and the new class calendar. I really like the original and always find myself navigating back to it as things are easier to find and navigate.

They are always there if i need assistance. My assistant was always encouraging and patient with me learning.

Pros

The ease of creating classes. Helping me stay organized with payments etc.

Cons

Takes too much of my time to archive families. There might be an easier way i just haven’t had the time to figure that out yet. i would love to have an a way too click all that need to be archived all at once.

Overall the facilitators at Jackrabbit are great. They are on top of answering questions, helping with solutions to problems etc.

Pros

You can basically manage just about your entire business from Jackrabbit

Cons

The system does not allow you to move students to the lead file only families. This means that with families consisting of 3 kids and only one is participating we still pay for all three kids on our monthly billing.

Love! This software has helped us move from a small club with printed rosters to a modern company that has an app, online registration and e- payments.

Pros

Jackrabbit requires training, but once you are familiar with the format it is very powerful. The customer service is very professional and quick to respond. The online help topics cover almost everything I could ever ask.

Cons

I would love to be able to give a “token” to use for open gym or make- up classes. I would also like for the integration of class schedules for online registration to be visually easier for the new customer.

Our experience has bee very good. Jackrabbit listens to input from their users and is very good about implementing changes that make running our business easier.

Pros

We like the ease of moving between students and classes while working in family accounts. We love the ability to schedule our autopay payments. We love using the task manager it allows us to easily assign tasks to staff and track when they have been completed.

Cons

The new dashboard layout does not feel as easy to maneuver around. We do not really like the new calendar it is not as user friendly as the original for our uses.

Good. Chat support is helpful when you are in a quick bind. They are always willing to get more assistance to figure out the problem. Tied with the Facebook group is also very helpful!

Pros

Class and calendar options. Chat feature is great and people are so friendly.

Cons

some scheduling options are limited as well as notes for family accounts.

I find jackrabbit pretty simple to use once you get the hang of it. Some stuff have a lot of steps to them (like skill charts) but I feel like most softwares are like that.

Pros

Customer service is quick to respond to issues. I like the help guide as well!

Cons

I think trials are a little bit difficult and making sure they pay the right amount when they sign up on their own. I also wish it were easier to just see how many trials you have on the dashboard. I also wish setting up skill charts were easier.

Overall our experience has been a successful one and i do find that the customer service is quite helpful.

Pros

Once we got into the swing of it all, it helped to keep everything very organized.

Cons

It could be slightly more user friendly. But my least favourite thing is that when participants register, their purchase can be stolen right out of their cart until they actually hit the purchase button. This causes a lot of problems for us.

A bit of a slow learning curve but after that I did enjoy using the product, although I think I only scratched the surface if it’s entire functionality.

Pros

You could do a lot of different things with it.

Cons

There are multiple ways of doing everything, which can be confusing when learning the product.

Pros

I love that their customer service is always available and willing to help with any issue, question, idea or quick fix.

Cons

I wish there were more processing companies that were compatible with JR. Meaning we have local companies here (in our state) with lower processing rates but it would be a pain to manually enter everything every month

The Online Pre-registration and it seems to be user friendly

Cons

I do not like the way process it takes to create a report. I preferred the old Dashboard to the New Dashboard. The new Dashboard is confusing. I think the way I have to create a report for example a report on Registration Fees, is very complicated. I would like to just Click on a button that says Registration fees paid from such and such a date to such in such a date. Having to query what I need in a report is complicated.

It takes some time clicking around to figure out the program but overall it does everything you need it to do.

Pros

There are tons of reports, and tracking everything you do on each account is easy.

Cons

There are 101 ways to do the same thing. I think the transaction tab can be tricky. I wish you could edit kids' enrollment dates, etc., without having to drop them and start over. I also would like notes from deleted waitlists to be saved instead of having to go in and make a separate note.

The way we have used the software has changed drastically over the years. From a small studio with less than 200 kids to over 1200+ kids in over 300 total programs. We have been mold Jackrabbit to suite our needs.

It’s been great so far! The system and staff are very helpful.

Pros

The amount of reports. Most of the time, I’m able to specify the search of whatever I’m looking for very easily. I also love how helpful the team is! Whenever I have a question, they answer it very quickly.

Cons

Just small things. Like the usage on the phone. If I am trying to search and enrollment detail report, when I go to search the schools I would like to include, I’m not able to read the full name of the school.

It was good, with some moments of extreme frustration. I like the product and what it does, and the support is good. But it would use some work and new features that are better for small businesses.

Pros

It is very versatile in how you can set up classes, birthday parties, staffing, etc. It allows for lots of customization.

Cons

Making sure it didn't charge people was NOT reliable. It also would be much better to have options to automatically charge certain individuals manually, for a membership fee for example. As it was, I had to do that manually.
