Not just by their name but their number and students name as well. Cons That you have a limit of clients when you get charged more money and you have to archive them so you do not get charged. I love how easy it is to look up clients as well. Cons I'm not a fan of the "new" dashboards. The original style was much better, but I am happy we can still pick between new and old when we use the platform. Cons That it doesn't automatically charge the card when customers enroll through the portal.When a student is marked as absent prior to class it doesn't show on the class roll report. We use printed & online attendance as a double check of which students are in the building. Closed dates show on the class rolls & internal calendar making it a bit tough to schedule make up dates. There's nothing that I have come up against that they haven't been able to help me through, and did so in a kind and helpful manner. I would highly recommend the software, but largely in part due to their service staff! They are amazing. Pros I find the ability to search for families and kids within classes (pulling out information specific to my instant needs) very handy. The payment system (posting and running) very handy and with running so many per month, the easy-to-use system saves me endless time. Cons I find archiving families to be a tricky and out-dated system. Also, with tracking our skills for each student, we had to make things MORE complicated to make them doable with Jack Rabbit.Overall, with all the options Jack Rabbit offers, I don't have a lot of complaints. December 18, 2022 5.0 We love jackrabbit gymnastics! Pros We use this for everything. Special events, birthdays, fundraisers, trials, classes, make up classes, clinics. You name it we use jackrabbit for it. We never have an issue, and the parent portal is a great feature. We require pre-registration and payment for a Vance and jackrabbit is the reason we’re able to do that. Were able to easily send emails to confirm event enrollment, and to confirm payment. Updating billing info through the parent portal is easy, and running 750 tuition payments on a monthly schedule goes smoothly and quickly. Cons My only complaint about this software is that somethings require more clicking than they should. As well as the parent portal payments must be manually ran, instead of being automatically around when someone signs up for an event and inputs their credit card information. Cons It’s challenging to do both adult drop in type scheduling in addition to youth tuition scheduling. We had to adapt, and drop adults daily from classes to allow them to re-enroll each week.
