I like the product and what it does, and the support is good. But it would use some work and new features that are better for small businesses. Pros It is very versatile in how you can set up classes, birthday parties, staffing, etc. It allows for lots of customization. Cons Making sure it didn't charge people was NOT reliable. I love how easy it is to look up clients as well. Cons I'm not a fan of the "new" dashboards. The original style was much better, but I am happy we can still pick between new and old when we use the platform. March 12, 2024 5.0 Our administrative time has been cut in half because we switched to Jackrabbit. The customer support and education is outstanding. They even offer We love it! Pros Jackrabbit seamlessly allows a parent to register and pay for a class online without any extra administrative attention. It saves so much time and money. The features that Jackrabbit has and keeps adding are great and the customer support and education is outstanding. Cons The email module is a little cumbersome. It would be great to be able to paste a PDF or Word document into the email or have more freedom with it. Switched from [Twin Oaks](https://www.capterra.com/p/84868/Twin-Oaks-Club-Management/) Twin Oaks is our current fitness membership software because it meets some of the needs of our club. We use it for things that Jackrabbit can't do in a fitness club setting but it is so glitchy and hard to reach customer service. We use Jackrabbit as a second software for our kids programs ( gymnastics, swim lessons, camps, etc) that Twin Oaks poorly supports. If we felt Jackrabbit could support a full club management we would gladly switch for our full membership. Review Source HH Hannah H. There is a lot Jackrabbit can do which is very useful when we are trying something new and jackrabbit already had the software to assist with said task. It is a program that you make “yours” so it is exactly what I want Pros Learning a new system to run the gym could have been difficult, but Jackrabbit makes the entire process simple. Setting it up, using it for financial, skills, attendance, reports, and whatever you desire. Their videos are helpful, but when I can’t figure something out, the support team is right there and great! They show me how to do, not just tell me. Cons They are constantly updating, so when there is an issue, or something that would help the subscribers better utilize the program, the support team is looking for a way to make it more efficient. There's nothing that I have come up against that they haven't been able to help me through, and did so in a kind and helpful manner. I would highly recommend the software, but largely in part due to their service staff! They are amazing. Pros I find the ability to search for families and kids within classes (pulling out information specific to my instant needs) very handy. The payment system (posting and running) very handy and with running so many per month, the easy-to-use system saves me endless time. Cons I find archiving families to be a tricky and out-dated system. Also, with tracking our skills for each student, we had to make things MORE complicated to make them doable with Jack Rabbit.Overall, with all the options Jack Rabbit offers, I don't have a lot of complaints. December 18, 2022 5.0 We love ! Pros We use this for everything. Special events, birthdays, fundraisers, trials, classes, make up classes, clinics. You name it we use jackrabbit for it. We never have an issue, and the parent portal is a great feature. We require pre-registration and payment for a Vance and jackrabbit is the reason we’re able to do that. Were able to easily send emails to confirm event enrollment, and to confirm payment. Updating billing info through the parent portal is easy, and running 750 tuition payments on a monthly schedule goes smoothly and quickly. Cons My only complaint about this software is that somethings require more clicking than they should. As well as the parent portal payments must be manually ran, instead of being automatically around when someone signs up for an event and inputs their credit card information.
