Pros The best part about Jackrabbit is the fantastic, immediate, and readily available customer service. Cons Jackrabbit doesn't integrate classes and events calendar. We have to constantly look at two different views to manage our workflow and employee schedules. We have to create a Google calendar to keep it all in one view, which no one should have to do when paying for a top tier booking service like this. It's a major flaw. Pros The software has made the efficiency of our front desk employees better. And I can easily check to see where we are financially at any time. Their customer service has been amazing to work with and they are knowledgeable in the industry. While I do wish there were a few more functions or changes, there is absolutely no way I am going any where else. They have been amazing. Pros Jackrabbit has allowed us to keep our business growing and going even when we cannot meet with our customers face to face. We are pleased that JR features allow us to communicate effectively with our customers, secure payments, and monitor our finances in one system. Cons Jackrabbit does not always fit to what our facility needs. You can put a ticket in for them to work on it but it has to be voted on and sometimes it gets overlooked. The coaches are great that help you get comfortable when you first begin the program and check in to help make sure things are still going well. Pros The software is ease to use and helps manage all the students and their families with billing, attendance, etc. Cons I wish I could schedule make up classes for multiple kids in the same household instead of individual or one at a time. I also wish I could change my team kids around classes with more flexibility since they have the most changes due to conflicting schedules. We can keep track of attendance, class registration, billing and keep notes on our customers. It makes it so much easier to keep track of everything! Cons I look forward to jackrabbit improving their systems for tracking students skills and progress. It's such a great idea to have teachers/coaches and parents have access to a students evaluations/testing results through jackrabbit. It just doesn't quite work with our testing systems yet. The online training courses are informative and valuable - well worth the time to enroll in! Pros Jackrabbit allows us to track students' attendance, create a store and sell items through client accounts, keep track of staff hours/classes. I like that there are different ways to get help with an issue - email, live chat and phone and they answer fairly quickly. Also, the ability to add an idea which gets voted on by other uses and then is implemented to the system is great! I also like that I have the ability to limit access to certain users. Cons There is very little I don't like about Jackrabbit. Whenever I do have an issue, Jackrabbit is quick to help. Jackrabbit has made collection of tuition as well as financial tracking much simpler for our business, it's been a huge time saver for me Pros Jackrabbit took us from paper registrations and manual cheque deposits and credit card processing to a much more user friendly experience for us and our customers. We love all of the features that Jackrabbit offers. Cons The only thing Jackrabbit lacks for me is the ability to run automatic monthly payments that are different from the family's account balance. I have yet to find a way to do this where the payment pays down the balance and doesn't charge the full amount so I have continued to run those payments manually.
