And when we were done I wanted to cancel the subscription and was unable to do so because of an error that was my own fault, and they, after I emailed for help, got back to me right away and fixed the issue. Pros Very proficient at converting PDFs to Word in a way that doesn't mess up the formatting, and very intuitive layout. Cons Unfortunately the PDF editing tool is very slow and glitchy, and I had to abandon it after my document froze twice and I lost all my edits. It took several emails and some back-and-forth, but the support team ultimately processed a refund, which I appreciate. My advice to others: note which email you sign up with and cancel well before the trial ends if you don't plan to continue. Pros The support team eventually listened and resolved my issue. After I explained my situation, they processed a refund for a renewal I hadn't intended to keep. The PDF tools themselves are easy to use. Cons The free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically, and cancelling wasn't straightforward. My subscription was linked to a different email than the one I usually use, so I couldn't find it to cancel before I was charged. Pros Smallpdf tool is very easy to use and it's super-fast! The features are very well up to date and great value for money. Love it! Cons Nothing much to say as I enjoyed using Smallpdf with no cons involved so far. It's a great tool for documentation purposes.
