Very easy to merge pdf’s as that was the service that I used the most. Pros It’s a very good app and works great. Customer support helps eagerly and they are willing. I love this software compared to the other options out there, for sure. Pros I like that we can use the organize feature to extract pages. I process payroll and print the paystubs to PDF and have individual employee folders as well as a general all folder for our use, so it really helps. Cons I don't like how we have to reupload files depending on the module we use. I use both the Chrome extension as well as the downloaded version which actually seems to go to the website too, but I'm not sure. I contacted customer support by email, and they helped switch my annual plan to a monthly plan and refunded the difference to me. I think this is a wonderful policy from Smallpdf. However, I’m also very sorry for my carelessness that caused inconvenience to your team. Pros Customer service gave very clear instructions and provided very quick support.Please be patient if you need help resolving an issue. Small PDF let's us save multiple page PDFs with high resolution images at small files sizes. Does exactly what it says with elegance and style! Cons It's hardly a con, but the Mac app isn't worth bothering with. Using the website is quicker and more functional. I just have it bookmarked so I can access the site quickly.
