It's a quick problem software that got the job done. It has other functionalities on the paid plan - and if I were ever to need them, I would trust this brand to deliver.

Pros

I stumbled on the software whem needing to quickly convert a word document to pdf, and the software was beyond simple to use and lightning fast.

Cons

There are limits to the number of conversions you're able to undertake on the free plan. However, this is in many respects reasonable enough, but important to keep in mind for those looking to do multiple documents. On the plus side, you are getting the chance to 'try before you buy.'

I am appalled that after cancelling my account I was still charged

Pros

I tried to use this once, the website said it would be a free trial but I was charged £81 for one document . I have never been so over charged for what other much better websites do for free.

Cons

DO NOT use this website - the so called free trial is charged. Not how it is described at all. I am disgusted.

All of our instructions are in a PDF format and we usually make them up to be very high resolution. We use Smallpdf to size them down to a much smaller file size for emailing to customers.

Cons

We use this occasionally, not enough to identify any real cons, especially using the free version!

Pros

Small PDF is super easy to use. I needed to decrease the size of a few pdf files to email to clients. Small PDF super quick and convenient.

Cons

Not a big deal, but you are limited to how many pdf files you can compress within one hour. I think it's two. Be nice to increase that.
