Quick and easy and they truly do make the process easy with some great features. Pros it was so quick and easy. They truly make the site easy to use and it went pretty quickly. I had to convert my files and merge 40 pages together and I couldn't believe how quick and easy the whole process really was. The billing mistake was sorted out quickly and by friendly staff. Pros Easy to use and effective. Compressed files smart than i expected with minimal loss of quality for text pdfs. Either the website, or i, accidentally signed up for a year when i only needed a month. The support team including \[sensitive content hidden\] happily helped me correct the charge, with many thanks. I love the tool - I can directly edit PDFs form my browser on the go. I highly recommend it to everyone from someone who works a lot with PDF files or someone who just needs to edit a single file. Pros I am in academia and I deal with lots and lots of PDF files. I generally use locally installed software but every now and then, I find myself with a new device with a need to manipulate PDF files. Every single time, I open smallpdf because of how easy it is. It has everything - compression, extraction, merging - everything. This tool is amazing and I love every aspect of it. Cons Honestly, I can't think of any cons. The tool is super good. I do wish it had faster transfer speed but that's not a big deal. I explained my plight, having mistakenly purchases and cancelled my pro membership, and customer support was quick to acquiesce my request. Pros The merging PDF functionality was my favorite part of the tool. This enabled me to put two PDFs together for my taxes which was really helpful. I will always recommend this software to people when they ask what I use. Pros I like that this software allows me to convert documents into different formats, merging multiple documents into one. It is super easy to use and I very much enjoy it for my line of work. Cons I do not like that you have to pay for a membership to use this software multiple times. Not only does it have the tool to edit it, I can also convert it to another format or reduce the size when it is too large.
