Pro version is expensive to buy and includes all the amazing features that are needed. 2. Cons I tried using smallpdf and did not intend to buy a one-year subscription. They had something hidden in terms and conditions, and I accepted them. I asked the support, telling them I was not using the tool. And I want a refund for the remaining period, but all they reply is this: 'I can confirm that we won't be moving forward with your refund request. Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our customers and accepting the Terms and Conditions is a mandatory step for any type of account creation.' The businesses are here to support the customers and help them even if they are on mistake. But smallpdf has given me really bad experience by charging me $150cad for the service that I don't use.
