Pros The Live HR advice is always appreciated and top notch. The advisors are quick to respond and knowledgeable in their fields. I have yet to stump them! I also appreciate the template documents and letters that I have used. Cons I wish that the training offered was more extensive. It is very HR specific and thus we cannot use it for our industry, as it only applies to a very small department. I like how they combined best practices with tech tools making all legislative and HR updates easily available. It has helped me keep up to date with all the happenings and serve my staff well. If you are an HR Professional this is a great investment. You earn back in time 10x over. Cons None whatsoever. I'm very content with the platform, the content and the compliance aspects of Citation. I had no idea how easy the system is to use. The customer service and advice is outstanding. They have truly captured the market by offering HR services to small to mid size companies. What a great idea and I love the system is Canadian as well. HR Downloads is worth the cost and we are extremely happy with the product. I would highly recommend this product and service. Information for the HR Director For small to medium sized organizations the variety of online learning programs is a true time and cost saver. I find HR Downloads is priced fairly and the product offerings don't compare. As well the HR Advisors are extremely helpful and return your call quickly. I appreciate being able to assign a bundle of training videos to staff instead of individually. I also like the monthly summary email that shows all of the work anniversaries and appreciate the compliance notifications. Overall a very helpful HR system. Cons I have no complaints.
