The software was easy to navigate and understand the profile features. Cons The scheduling components including "fireside chats" and mentor meetings. I could view all other mentor/mentee activity but we often had to rely on zoom or google meet because we were unable to get a meeting scheduled within mentor cloud. For virtual mentoring as well, the addition of breakout rooms would be a nice added feature as we only had the capability to do group meetings. It is very easy to use. It's very effective to build mentor mentee relationships. Pros Mentor mentee matching is so effective on MentorCloud. Setting up meeting with video call, was easy. Video/audio was flawless. I had a great first conversation with my mentee. I think this product is needed in today's day and age given mental illness is increasing steadily. With this platform, I am sure we can help create a community where we can support each other. 🙏🏽 Cons There is nothing so far that I didn't like about MentorCloud. Pros The features and the fact that they offer customised products to suit the needs of different organizations is great, however once we started working along side MentorCloud, I have come to understand that the values of the \[sensitive content hidden\] passion of the team and their methods of customer success is what I enjoy most. No matter what the problem is ,it is faced with utmost sincerity, which makes the program netter and better day by day.
