It is perfect for a more modern, correct teaching and keeping employees in constant tutorials that are beneficial to keep up to date, its tools have been easy to use, strengthening learning

Pros

It has made it possible to carry out a much more organized learning process to keep employees updated with news and new tools so that they can learn and have a commitment to the company and have constant training in a very modern way. A more active communication is maintained between the team, achieving among all resolve doubts to achieve objectives

I have managed to have the desired expectation and they have not failed me, I like everything and I dislike nothing

Pros

I have never used mentorcloud prior to working with the US Dream Academy. The software was easy to navigate and understand the profile features.

Cons

The scheduling components including "fireside chats" and mentor meetings. I could view all other mentor/mentee activity but we often had to rely on zoom or google meet because we were unable to get a meeting scheduled within mentor cloud. For virtual mentoring as well, the addition of breakout rooms would be a nice added feature as we only had the capability to do group meetings.

Overall, my experience with MentorCloud has been a positive one, and I would recommend the platform to all administrators and users who are looking to grow their employee body and organization!

Pros

As a youth mentor volunteer, MentorCloud did an excellent job in facilitating my mentor-mentee match-ups and weekly session scheduling!

Cons

MentorCloud could be optimized in its section division, as I sometimes get confused between tabs.

Pros

I was able to coordinate meetings easily with my mentee. The system allowed us to communicate, without necessarily sharing our personal contact information. I ended up sharing my personal contact information with him, but not all people would want to do that.

Cons

As with any new system, it took a little bit of time to become accustomed to MentorCloud. After I learned where things were, I found it very easy to use.

I liked this product a lot. It is very easy to use. It's very effective to build mentor mentee relationships.

Pros

Mentor mentee matching is so effective on MentorCloud. Setting up meeting with video call, was easy. Video/audio was flawless. I had a great first conversation with my mentee. I think this product is needed in today's day and age given mental illness is increasing steadily. With this platform, I am sure we can help create a community where we can support each other. 🙏🏽

Cons

There is nothing so far that I didn't like about MentorCloud.

Pros

The MentorCloud is very powerful with the individual profiling and participants' matching functionality, getting our participants connected across geographical locations and/or discipline background. The site is easy to navigate and convenient to use. The Library is the great resources for our participants to get information.

Cons

The functions to book sessions is less frequently used by our participants who mainly like to connect through work email or Teams meeting.

I like the profiles and how they effectively match people. The intake questions are also valuable to me.

Cons

The video/conference feature doesn't always link to my Teams, so I have to send double the amount of invites. I also receive a lot of emails when I create fireside chats as people accept / sign up for them.

Pros

The amount of different ways mentoring can be given/received, in groups, individually, and in both directions. This maximizes value.

Cons

Would like to see performance reviews added as a feature.

Our experience with MentorCloud has been very fruitful. We had a plan in mind and to build a program for that would have taken us a minimum of 24 months, but with MentorCloud's customization we were able to implement it within a month.

Pros

The features and the fact that they offer customised products to suit the needs of different organizations is great, however once we started working along side MentorCloud, I have come to understand that the values of the \[sensitive content hidden\] passion of the team and their methods of customer success is what I enjoy most. No matter what the problem is ,it is faced with utmost sincerity, which makes the program netter and better day by day.

Cons

Ease of onboarding due to our SSO limitation is something that has not yet worked for us, however it is a privacy limitation from our side.
