Every tool this software provides make the exploring and navigate so easy. Administration and management are very easy to it’s a excellent software.

Pros

This excellent software connect to the best mentors and make you learn your chances or clear the most important chances in your life.

Cons

You have a very short demo time and you need to buy the full experience because the not all the tools are available.

Pros

Great platform, saves lot of time looking for mentors and very easy on time especially finding a time slot for mentors. Just click and the calendar is blocked for mentors and mentees

Pros

Mentor cloud makes it easy to find mentors as Mentors and Mentees clearly states what can they offer and what do they want to Learn

Cons

Not at the moment. I am using Spark which is a base version.

Constant contacts and reminders for liaison.

Pros

Connection with mentees is made easier. The reminders from the host site about the interactions also works well.

Cons

Platform not always on forefront. If probably there could be an app to always be able to just tap in for contact

Increasing transfer of tacit knowledge and encouraging seekers further.

Pros

It enables mentor and mentee to intentionally free up space and time to have not urgent but important conversations. This is an important building block to begin a mentoring culture.

Cons

Trying to reschedule a confirmed session due to other priorities without sending emails to check availability and explain reasons.
