Pros The dashboard viability allows one person to oversee hundreds of daily load. You can quickly see what load are not covered and assure the issue is resolved. The dock appointment system has saved a significant amount of money in truck detention. Cons The flexibility of making on the fly changes to the available dock appointments is an issue that needs to be addressed. Not being able to block holidays for incoming tenders makes our carriers work when they should be enjoying some family time.
