EBD recovered the files and made them usable again. Pros Easy to install and use, it works as advertised! Cons It is situational. I bought it and am glad I did, but I don't need to use it that often. I was worried about my data losses. However, their support team helped me to manage this job in an easier way. Pros I tried demo version first and thought to ask few questions from technical support team. It was an excellent experience talking with them. Very polite and explains everything in detail. Later, I purchased to fulfill my requirement. Cons Not find yet. Though sometimes i need to discuss few points to resolve few concerns which was likely to be my fault.
