It becomes a very helpful tool for keeping your work organised once you know how to use it. This is a good choice if you need a full management solution, but you should be ready to spend some time learning how to use it. Pros I liked that KEY360 keeps everything in one place, which makes it easy to manage projects and tasks. It gets easier to keep track of progress, once you get used to it. Overall, it also gives you good value for your money for features it has. Cons The platform doesn't look very easy to use at first, and it might not be easy for beginners. It took me a while to figure out how to use everything. The prices also seem a bit high, especially for smaller groups. Review Source EO Ernie O. It is one platform integrating more that 140 modules. You have one work space and you can customise the view of data as you like and the labelling of mega-data is so simple. With key360 I was able to deliver complex reports within a matter of seconds. There is nothing close in the market that gives you the same benefits than key360 does. Pros Ease of use and it is quick to train people to use the system. Cons We found that most people who worked on SharePoint struggled to understand how simple the file structure in key360 works. Many of them wanted to import the key360 data into SharePoint which require a sub-sub folder system which key360 does not accommodate as yet. Reason for choosing KEY360 Management Platform Due to the way key360 manages to combine information over multiple disciplines in one, easy to use system. Switched from [Microsoft SharePoint](https://www.capterra.com/p/1167/SharePoint/) We needed a system that could accommodate mega data requirements. Furthermore it took us less than a week to set key360 up between 2 countries and measuring spend in two currencies with suppliers scattered over two countries. Pros i like the fact that I can monitor and get updated on things going on in my company through the new feed feature.
