In a 12-week semester, with so much theory to cover, there is limited time that I can devote to introducing a platform. However the intuitive nature of UXPressia, its adaptability and the availability of so many customizable templates and video guides ensure students can quickly get up to speed, with limited direction from me. As the administrator, I feel confident knowing that any little hiccups or questions are always very quickly addressed by the friendly, online support team. **Cons:** Perhaps some differently constructed persona templates?
