Cons There were some limitations and issues with the Jira integration that cause duplicated cards to be created when doing a new import of cards into an existing board. Cons You can't link items from different workspaces so unless you put every company product and initiative and goal into a single workspace, you will always be unable to link across them in a meaningful way. Pros The UI is very slick and easy to use. It's very visual and creates very impactful roadmaps. I love that I'm able to share with stakeholders and the team in a format that is not a spreadsheet or a static presentation. The clubhouse integration has been very helpful. Cons The one thing that I feel it could be improved is importing external data from a file (for example CSV) - I found it was not very intuitive to be on integrations as it's technically an upload, not an integration. It's a fabulous tool. Pros Airfocus helps me prioritize both my daily tasks and my long term projects & goals. It's easy to customize based on the impacts to my particular business and industry. Before airfocus, I did routine strategizing (especially for daily tasks) in my head...I'm shocked to the extent airfocus' algorithm actually mirrors my intuition (ie airfocus always correctly sorts) but now I don't have to think about every little detail. This saves me a ton of time and mental focus. Pros My product team uses airfocus to scope potential features. It's slick and works really well. We particularly like the chart that demonstrates because it gives a quick overview of which features we should be directing our energy to and which ones we should cut. this also promotes the right behaviours among the team when considering features. Cons Can take a bit of getting used to, and one of the team had to invest a lot of time into setting it up. Therefore using the tool was very straightforward and easy. I like the different view, which give you different angles of what one is planning. We are scoring them according to different criteria to see which ones we should tackle first. Pros Flexibility on how you can define your evaluation criteria, you can share the evaluation matrix with others so they can all evaluate on the same criteria. Cons Really the only thing we desliked was the price range. For us to use it as a team it is to high. It really depends on what use you wanna give it. It is very intuitive and easy to use. The set-up of my first scoring-document took me about 10 minutes. Cons So far, I haven't experienced any issues using airfocus. To get Trello data into Airfocus was very easy. Took 5-10 minutes. The scoring calculation was easy too. Overall we like the tool. Cons Manual scoring - although easy still time consuming. I wish our attributes in Trello would feed the scoring. In Trello we have already noted Development effort and other items. It would be nice if that tied and fed the scoring automagically.
