### "This software can dramatically impact clients perceptions of your business!"

Overall my experience with SendJim has been very positive. With SendJim I have improved my clients perceptions of my business, putting a more caring and attentive foot forward with them and in turn finding more referrals from those clients. SendJim has also helped to relieve some of my daily workload by way of automations with Service AutoPilot working hand in hand with SendJim. One click and lots of marketing to prospects, lost clients, and the like is scheduled and completed with very little oversight required.

Pros

Integration with my CRM (Service AutoPilot) has allowed me to put the repetative and mundane tasks like welcome cards, Christmas Cards, Referral Rewards, Thank Yous, and so much more on a truly automated system. With a single action in my CRM, individual and even sequential mailings can be sent to clients that are personalized to their specific property, service, and needs. No more feeling overwhelmed when its time to mail Christmas Cards or process our referral rewards! Its all done with a click with SendJim's integration with our CRM!

Cons

Working in the lawncare industry, I would like to see an automatic search function for property images based on the entered address. Often there are plenty of images of a home and lawn from realtor listings, google maps, and apple maps that help marketing pieces delivered cold be more receptive.

Pros

The ease of getting set up. You can start with a cheaper monthly fee until you realize what you all want to do/need with the program. Easy to get items uploaded and also upload customer list. The integration is amazing for the price.

Cons

I don't have much I don't like about it. Maybe the reporting could be a little more depth.

I would highly recommend not signing up for their service

Pros

Nothing, I thought their service was a good idea, but after I signed up and realized it was not a necessary service, they refused to issue a refund

Cons

Everything. I spoke with a representative and was told I would get a call back, but instead, they bowed out of a call and sent an email to inform me they would not refund my money.

Pros

Very easy to send postcards, letters, goodies to specific addresses. For us, houses around our current customers.

Cons

It would be nice to have it cancel cards on existing customers homes.

We are looking into updating the API integration with CRMs where when someone becomes a customer, they are removed from Neighbor Mailing sequences or Radius Bombs. Just know, we can help you remove customers from those sequences manually or we can show your team how to manually remove those people from future mailings until the integrations have been updated.

### "Printing Issues"

Overall, great idea/concept but needs some quality control implementation to make a better first impression

Pros

It's pretty easy to set up and integrate with your CRM software. Great customer service!

Cons

On multiple occasions, the mailers that we received had printing errors where it didn't line up right or maybe they weren't cut evenly. Was very poor quality.

### "The missing link"

Great team -- very knowledgeable and personable.

Pros

It is incredibly easy to connect sending real-world items to customers and prospects using CRM automation. Delivering hand written post cards and letters along with baked goods! We have tied it into our automation tool to allow us to design unique deliveries that are time relative to the recipient.

Cons

They don't offer Rice Krispie treats yet.

My overall experience has been fantastic! The price is better than most comparable companies I've found, and the speed of production is right on target.

Pros

The ease of sending mailers out in bulk. Also, the ability to target entire neighborhoods using the RadiusBomb tool.

Cons

The template designer seems to lack some of the more complex design tools, but I usually start my design in PhotoShop so that's not really a problem for me.

When client writes us a review online, I add a "tag" to their profile in Service Autopilot and they are immediately sent a thank you card and brownies from Send Jim. It is such an easy way to say thanks!

Pros

Send Jim is easy to use and integrates with my automations in Service Autopilot.

Cons

Using the software automatically for 5-arounds (mailing postcards to neighbors of current clients) is confusing for me and I haven't made the time to ask for help to make sure I am setting it up correctly.

Pros

Easy to set up and utilize. We love the gift options for clients and it linking with our dispatch account for when new leads come in, seeing when a job is complete to then automatically send out mailers to potential clients in the area we recently serviced

Overall, I have had a great experience with SendJim. We have taken a break from using it for a few months now but plan on starting it back up in the new year! There is so much potential for growth in our company with this tool. So far we have been able to target ideal clients with a postcard series. The postcards are very high-quality. Can't wait to see what else the SendJim team comes up with!

Pros

This software is very easy to navigate and use! I use this software to send radius bombs into ideal neighborhoods for my company and it works beautifully! I plan on using this software to send treats and cards to our referral partners and to clients as a follow-up. The customer service at SendJim is also phenomenal - very kind, helpful, and responsive.

Cons

It would be nice if SendJim had the ability to send a Newsletter. It's great that we can send Postcards to people but it would be wonderful to be able to send a Newsletter out to a list of existing clients.

Really good! Even though I found it hard to navigate at first, once i felt comfortable with what I was doing I fell in love!

Pros

I love the detailed demographic tools. I feel like I'm able to omit non-buyers from my mailers.

It took longer than I expected to learn to navigate.

I like the ability to target mailers around the neighborhood that we just cleaning. Fairly easy once coached through the live help. Still waiting on the ROI from these mailers. Great program for building relationships through sending gifts to your top referral sources and top customers.

Cons

It can be a little hard to navigate through the menus.

I love the neighbour mailings. And also the voicemail bombs. I also automate thank you postcards to customers. Which is invaluable for me.

Cons

It can be tricky to figure everything out. At the beginning it’s a bit daunting navigating your way through things and trying to arrange a quick send or figuring the ins/outs of things.

My overall experience has been great. The service has always been top notch. The quality of the printed products is great. I am hoping to implement SendJim in more of our marketing for 2022.

Pros

I really like radius bomb and neighbor mailing! Its nice not having to send out massive amounts of marketing each time. I can better target our audience with SendJim.

Cons

I would like to see more fonts in the text area for the postcards. Also, better formatting. The amount of text that can be applied is very limited as well. I receive postcards in the mail all the time with a lot more info on them than I can create.

I saw several videos on YouTube reviewing SendJim and overall they were all pretty positive reviews.

Earlier this summer, SendJim released an update of Editable Postcards that allows for a lot more freedom in where you can place text, photos, etc on the front and back of your postcards. That update also included a lot more font and formatting options that you can use, as well as a new postcard size, 6x11. I find the interface is a bit difficult to get around in though its not that bad, just doesnt seem as streamlined as it could be.

Great customer service. They have offered a few month trial and a customized post card for free.

Pros

Easy to use, gift options are awesome, ability to create your own customized post card is cool too.

Cons

Hasn’t worked for my business so far. It is very expensive in my opinion. Monthly fee plus each credit is more than normal postage.

Wanted to try something else. I still use the other products.

While we try to provide a lot of editable templates to accommodate most industries, we don't yet have templates for every industry. However, we do have general templates that can be edited to match all industries, a graphic designer who can be hired to create a custom design for you, and are always open to template requests that we can place in the system.
