As a business owner, any time saved is a huge plus. Pros One of the best features of this program is the integration with our CRM and Sales Program. Once a job is scheduled we don't have to worry about sending 5 arounds to the neighbors, or a yearly reminder, or a thank you card at the end of a job. Everything is set in motion once the job is booked. Cons I notice that there are a lot of returned cards. Also, we recommend checking out Every Door Direct Mail through SendJim to send out mass amounts of large cards to every house on a postal route without any returns. Pros SendJim takes care of the things I know I should do but I don't have time for. Once the automation was setup (which they helped with), I never have to log back in. Cons I do annually go in and change the card and graphics to keep it fresh. Sometimes I think the designs could be updated. It's amazing. Their design builder is great. Cons I wish you could save radius bombs but you can't. If you spend time pinpointing a radius, but then navigate away it's all gone. Pros direct mail is a great strategy in general, and this tool brought it to a bunch of people who weren't previously using it. Cons When I actually did the math to see how much people are being charged for gifts I nearly choked. There are much better alternatives on the market for a fraction of the price. Pros It is super easy to use. I can achieve my goals of sending gifts to Customers, as well as postcard mailers. There is so much more available that I haven't even tapped into yet like the 5 Around and EDDM. Did I mention that it is super easy to use! I also love being able to see where all of our Customers are located on the map. It's a great way to see how we are performing with our reach. Cons There really isn't much I don't like. I think my only wish list item would be to be able to upload a card design for the gifts that we send so that it would be branded. Support was also great too if I got stuck on something they were always there to help via phone support or chat. The post cards were done beautifully on high quality stock. Pros SendJim is an amazing product/service. It was very convenient and easy to use once you set up your account with the post cards or communications you wanted to send, emails and or voice mail blasts. It was crazy that I could be in a neighborhood cleaning a home and when done, pop the address that we cleaned into SJ and 20 of their neighbors would get a postcard from us saying we are in your hood. Cons There was sometime deliverability issues or vacant homes where cards would be returned however that is a post office issue not Send Jim's. December 2, 2021 5.0 My overall experience has been fantastic! The price is better than most comparable companies I've found, and the speed of production is right on target. Pros The ease of sending mailers out in bulk. Also, the ability to target entire neighborhoods using the RadiusBomb tool. Cons The template designer seems to lack some of the more complex design tools, but I usually start my design in PhotoShop so that's not really a problem for me. We have taken a break from using it for a few months now but plan on starting it back up in the new year! There is so much potential for growth in our company with this tool. So far we have been able to target ideal clients with a postcard series. The postcards are very high-quality. Can't wait to see what else the SendJim team comes up with! Pros This software is very easy to navigate and use! I use this software to send radius bombs into ideal neighborhoods for my company and it works beautifully! I plan on using this software to send treats and cards to our referral partners and to clients as a follow-up. The customer service at SendJim is also phenomenal - very kind, helpful, and responsive. Cons It would be nice if SendJim had the ability to send a Newsletter. It's great that we can send Postcards to people but it would be wonderful to be able to send a Newsletter out to a list of existing clients.
