They are awesome. Great idea and works good. Anytime i have had an issue or question, customer service helped me and fixed any issues.

Pros

The rooftop view is awesome. Being a pool business, i dont want to send to a whole neighborhood if only 5 houses have pools so rooftop view lets me hand pick which houses i send direct mailing too.

Cons

With the rooftop view it would be easier to go through a whole area or neighborhood and check multiple houses and send multiple postcards at once. Rather than clicking and sending one by one.

Haven’t had a problem so far!! The small problems I’ve had they have been good at reimbursing my credits within the system

Pros

I can mail postcards without moving my feet. It was as easy as clicking a finger.

Cons

Over priced compared to other companies and marketing. I can pass out flyers for cheaper and get a higher return!

### "Terrible Customer Service"

Horrible. Very high costs compared to other methods. High percentage of mail doesn’t get delivered. Very hard to use.

Pros

The ability to target small geographical areas

Cons

Customer service. Absolutely horrid customer service. The software itself it’s extra hard to navigate without help. You have to do extensive onboarding and watch lots of the videos to use even the basic functions.

### "A great tool for business "

I have had a great experience with sendjim. As I said before it worked to get return customers.

Pros

I have used the post cards to keep up with my previous customers and it has worked great. This method has gotten me return customers, which is like easy money in the bank. It paid for itself with one call back.

Cons

Some times it's hard to figure out some things for a less tech savvy person like me, but the support team is always there to help.

Reason for choosing SendJim

Chose Sendjim because of a referral.

Hands down customer service is OUTSTANDING. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] & the team are always on top of their service questions and get answers for you in a very timely manner. Each of the team members relays the same info and I love the fact that everyone is on the same page.

Pros

Business and Personal use at its BEST to keep your business and your name in front of your customers, clients, referrals and friends. Many ways to customize your message, whether it's for the holidays or you are launching a new product, moving or maybe just adding to your list of services.

Cons

I think as many, it is just a new system and takes some time navigating the use of the program.

We didn't receive yet any leads from SendJim. We'll keep trying for a bit more, but if no changes, we'll cancel the service.

Pros

It seemed to be a good idea to target prospects in our clients' areas. Radius bom and neighbor mailing.

Cons

\- Better cards designs tool. - So far, we didn't get any return with SendJim. No leads.

It really allows me to get my name out there and engage with current customers about my services and give reminders up upcoming seasons. I love that I’m able to send brownies and other items to my customers that spend a certain amount.

Pros

I’m able to target specific areas that are high end homes.

Cons

Don’t like the mobile app aspect, it seems more complicated and confusing….

Starting in 2022, the app will be phased out as SendJim adds more features that are not compatible in the app. However, our development team will be working on a more mobile-friendly version of the dashboard for individuals who still want to use SendJim on the go or on their tablets.

Send Jim has taken the customer experience to the next level. I’ve been sending a thank you card with brownies to all of my clients. In most cases, they already tipped me more than the cost to send this out. It’s a total win/win situation

Pros

I love the ease of use. They even have tutorials to help with learning curve. My clients go out of their way to thank me for the cards and gifts. It really adds another layer to that business/client relationship

Cons

The only con, really, is me. I don’t have a software background, so I can be a little difficult to customize products. On the other hand, Send Jim has an amazing support staff that will hold tour hand through the entire process, so it works great.

Pros

We are out in the field installing pools and often just have an address. Now we can see who should be getting our mailers instead of blanket mailing and hoping

Cons

Not very many user template choices and the customization is not the best.

In July, we launched a new editor that included fully editable templates the import your company information and allow you to change out design elements to make the design fit your company more. We use SendJim primarily for efficiently sending welcome gifts to new customers and periodic appreciation gifts. We like the capabilities for targeted marketing around current customers and plan to use that feature soon.

Cons

The software navigation is sometimes a little clunky, but overall fairly intuitive to use.

Pros

I love how easy SendJim is to use and how it intergrates with Service Autopilot. I can create campagins and implement with easy. It has made it so much easier to commicate with clients or potential clients.

Cons

I wish there were more healthy items to pick from to send clients or charity donations. For example healthier options would be nuts, fruit basket, dried fruits, etc. or even flowers. Another option that would be great is "on your behalf we have donate to this charity" We could pick charities to give money to.

Overall experience with SendJim is great and we will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

Pros

SendJim is easy to use and it is a great compliment to current marketing strategies. We utilize the radius bomb and neighbor mailing the most to capture potential customers that live around our current clients or new sign ups.

Cons

Only con is that the radius bomb doesn't capture homes in newer neighborhoods sometimes which I think has more to do with lack of data than the product itself.

### "Not great customer service"

I started off with a good experience. The sells man gave me some free credits. As you do the steps in there portal you gain more credits. Where this went wrong was that the company screwed up by giving me more credits then I paid for. I misunderstood how many credits I was getting. Once they realized there mistake they took all credits. With out any warning! I looked into my account and saw them all gone. I reached out for help and they did, only by admitting there fault but not feeling like they should kick some back since it gave me false hope. \[sensitive content hidden\] was firm on there mistake and in such words… too bad!

Pros

I thought they where about small businesses

Cons

Customer service. Willing to own up to the mistake but not wanting to make it right!
