### "Sendlane is great"

Overall, love using the Sendlane software for email campaigns.

Pros

Simple, easy to use. Intuitive features and dashboard. Customer support is 2nd to none. Always coming out with new helpful features.

Cons

Nothing as of yet . The customer support is also fast to resolve things whenever I have encountered an issue.

Pros

The software is simple and easy to use (which is a huge plus for me because I'm not the most tech savy) and the customer service team has been above and beyond helpful.

Cons

Nothing so far, I'm loving it! Thanks Sendlane. :)

Pros

The ability to send emails to my list that get a high open rate.

### "Their martial is out of date! "

Horrible! Questions I asked were only resonded with an out of date article.

Pros

There was nothing pro about this software

Cons

No where in the contract does it state that the articles and and any information that you are provided to navigate is out of date. Anytime I would ask for help all they kept sending me was articles that were again, out of date. My questions were never answered and I eventually stopped trying to use it . I even tried looking on youtube for videos but again, everything was so out of date. When I asked about the issue, the only answer I received was "yeah, we know the articles are out of date". The only suggest I did get was to pay more for the higher program.

Reason for choosing Sendlane

I would never chosen this program had I know that the only material was out of date.

Pros

I like how flexible it is. I can set up specific flows and journeys for my customers based on their behavior and then automate the email marketing to them.

Cons

Nothing so far. Customer support is also fast to resolve things whenever I have a question.

Pros

The ease of use when tagging subscribers and segmenting them.

Cons

It took a couple of weeks to get used to the platform, but once you do, it's easier.

Less features and deliverability options than companies like MaroPost, but the cost is lower, so that helps.

Templates Workflow Ease of Signing up Affiliate-Friendly Has a Live chat with customer support Somewhat easy to understand set up process

Cons

Price Lists have to be manually imported and approved if moving from another email autoresponder company.
