I like the fact that you can work with the collected KPI data which are also automated or collected manually. Cons The KPI could be predefined instead of establishing them from scratch and Data Request Library can give only four roles: CRL, RRL, Business Contributor, Approver there should be the option to create other roles if required and assign them responsibilities.
