We've been using it for several years now and love how user-friendly it is, both to set up and for the voters themselves. Also, they have customer support that is second to none! Cons Really can't think of anything much. There's a small learning curve in how to set it up the first time, but the great customer support gets you through that. We had a development issue and Association Voting quickly jumped into action to assist in correcting the problem. Pros Customer Support was extremely helpful and quickly reacted to questions or concerns. The help area made it much easier to work your way around the system and answered questions before having to reach out. The voting system allows for many different voting options and once you are comfortable with the process you can work your way around easily. Cons Being a first-time user it's just the learning curve to understanding the system and understanding the overall use of proxy vs direct ballots. Because the system has so many options it can be confusing determining which feature work best. Cons There was very little that we did not like about the platform. Everything worked for us just fine. Navigating through some of the old communications was the only challenge we had, but even that was not too difficult. It made it easy for us to go from voting by hand to voting online. Voting was easy for members, and the results came in quick and clear. Pros It's easy to use the platform once you've set it up. After you set it up, the platform is simple to use. It's easy to make ballots and send out links to vote. I also like how well organised the results are. It saves time and makes the whole thing feel safe and professional.Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. Cons The interface could feel more modern. Cons There really were no cons - the team was flexible to all of the needs that we had in setting things up so it would run smoothly and seamlessly.
