Very positive. Over the years, different leaders at my organization have asked about exploring different voting options, and as the staff member who administers and executes the elections, I am always a proponent of continuing to use AssociationVoting!

Pros

Great customer service and fast responses if I needed assistance. Great UI for members to use for their voting needs. I also really like the voting report to use to track member engagement year over year. Great built-in features to replicate past elections to keep the settings the same.

Cons

Not many cons. There is a little learning curve but AssociationVoting staff are so responsive it's very easy to troubleshoot.

### "Best Value and Quality Voting Softeware"

Overall the AssociationVoting system was easy to set up and it has user-friendly interfaces that keeps track of the voting.

Pros

For the most part, the learning curve on the AssociationVoting software was relatively short. Customer Support was quick and accurate whenever we needed guidance. After evaluating 21 different eVoting software packages, AssociationVoting proved to be the best value for our money. The system allows for customization of the login procedure through a user-friendly table, which is one of the biggest advantages we found compared to the competition. This feature enabled us to guarantee one vote per household (per our bylaws), even though multiple email accounts exist within each household.

Cons

The terminology used for “campaigns” took a little time to understand at first, and I had to contact Customer Support to fully grasp how this feature worked. In this system, a campaign simply refers to scheduled voter reminder emails that are automatically sent at specific points during the voting window (for example, at the beginning, middle, and end of the voting period). If this feature were titled “Scheduled Voter Reminder Emails,” I believe it would have been more self-explanatory and easier to understand.

Reason for choosing AssociationVoting

Ability to have a single login from a household, regardless of the number of emails in that household. This is critical for us because our votes are based on household not individuals. We did NOT want to have the households choose upofront which emails to use. In addition, this ability allowed us to export our community directory into the system without eliminiting emails.

### "Utilize Association Voting - They are Top Notch!"

Association voting is a no brainer to use if you're an association and want to make sure that people don't worry about leadership relationships with people on a ballot and the outcome.

Pros

I love how Association Voting enabled us to remove any possible conflicts of interest in running our association election by having all of the votes coming from the 3rd party.

Cons

There really were no cons - the team was flexible to all of the needs that we had in setting things up so it would run smoothly and seamlessly.

I have worked with a number of IT services and found the support from AssociationVoting to be the best I have experienced. They reached out to me on a weekend when it was not an urgent question. Their product was easy to use and worked flawlessly.

Pros

Their customer support was outstanding. Questions were almost always answered on the same day. The product was very easy to use and made running our election very efficient. I will use them for any election I have in the future.

Cons

I was completely satisfied with my experience with AssociationVoting. I really have no recommendations for improvement other than keep up the great work.

We've been using Association Voting since 2019 and it's been a great tool for managing our national and chapter elections. It's priced very reasonably and tech support has always been great - responsive and helpful.

Pros

Easy to use, and manages our national and chapter elections with the security and integrity needed to conduct valid, tamper-free elections. Admin user guides provided are clear providing step-by-step instructions. Campaign set up is easy and reminder emails can be scheduled.

Cons

Admin interface/menus can be confusing at times as some of the menus aren't intuitive, but after using for several elections now we find it easy to navigate.

Overall I give it an 8 out of 10- have tried several platforms over the years but AV is far superior.

Pros

ease of use- it is really easy to use. Specifically, I like that I can I send reminders only to the people who have not voited

Cons

Tech support- I had a really bad experience with someone named ernesto or something like that. He obviously did not read my emails.

AV was one of the options available online following research into an online voting platform. Although many answers to questions were available on the website, \[sensitive content hidden\] took the time to meet and discuss points of concern. The entire experience from pre-Sale to implementation has been excellent!

Pros

The Management Portal is very user friendly leading to a smooth experience for every meeting. \[sensitive content hidden\] provides excellent service to clients and the rest of the team is very professional responding in a timely manner.

Cons

No cons experienced and nothing to be noted at this time.

I'm very satisfied with my experience. We had a development issue and Association Voting quickly jumped into action to assist in correcting the problem.

Pros

Customer Support was extremely helpful and quickly reacted to questions or concerns. The help area made it much easier to work your way around the system and answered questions before having to reach out. The voting system allows for many different voting options and once you are comfortable with the process you can work your way around easily.

Cons

Being a first-time user it's just the learning curve to understanding the system and understanding the overall use of proxy vs direct ballots. Because the system has so many options it can be confusing determining which feature work best.

I don't have any cons actually. But since there are so many options, choices and opportunities to select from when creating voting criteria, you can get lost if you are not familiar with the Assoc. Voting platform.

### "Great Features & Customer Service"

Overall - I like that the program is constantly being upgraded to add new features. There is a learning curve to the process and if the community voting is complex, that can be confusing. I find that the AV staff is responsive and willing to assist. We have been pleased with the software and have used it for over 5 years for approximately 8 elections per year for communities of varying size.

Pros

The bulk email feature is easy to use and allows targeted emails to those who did not vote yet, eliminating repetitious emails to those who submitted their proxy immediately. The proxy feature allows us to add multiple candidates to a single position to meet the slates need for the HOA. Quorum monitor allows for a quick glance status.

Cons

The set up can be a little confusing for new employees on our team and those who are not very tech savvy. That said, the help features are easy to use and I have found new features added frequently.

### "AV works pretty well"

We have been using AV for several years in our organization for our national election and a few state elections. It works pretty well, as long as you have a good internet service.

Pros

The platform is very user-friendly. The customer support is always available. It is cloud-based. Total anonymity for voters. Guarantees the privacy of the vote.

Cons

We have been using AV for multiple processes, and we do not have negative aspects. We had issues once, when the internet service provided by the venue was not stable.

Overall, fantastic. Customer service exceeded expectations and everything was ready to go when I logged in for this year's election. It was a smooth and painless process. I highly recommend this software for all associations!

Pros

AV is incredibly user friendly! Everything worked exactly as it should. I never encountered issues with editing the ballot, uploading contacts or creating email campaigns.

Cons

If I had to comment on anything, it would be the email preview system. I'd like to preview emails without having to actually send them to myself. But that is just me being very nitpicky.

It is a wonderful platform always seeking to improve on the service provided as can be seen from their interest in their various customers feedback.

Pros

Its simplicity has made it top notch and the go-to for conducting various electoral processes as this usually cuts across multiple age groups and ease of use is always paramount in this. The technical service are also always on ground to address any issues that might arise during the electoral process.

Cons

I haven’t encountered any issues personally with my use of this app.

The National Auction Association has used AssociationVoting for several years now and we very pleased with the entire process. It makes voting and tracking effortless.

Pros

Setting up the ballot, eblasts, and scheduling everything is easy, and the AssociatingVoting representatives are so very helpful!

Cons

Picking a "least" item is hard because I feel like it makes something that isn't a negative thing sound that way. So I guess I'll just say that what I like least about AssociationVoting is that it doesn't read my mind! :)

Pros

Deployment of Association Voting is one for the books. Very simple to execute and configure. AV offers a simplistic and sleek user interface that makes it easy to access for voting by all of us. We hold in high regards the realtime tallies generation and tracking as they are being cast. Together with final reports of results and genuine reports of entire process, cement the transparency of our voting.

Cons

With AssociationVoting we haven't encountered any struggles. We are reaping massive returns on investment

It gives us high-quality service at an affordable price. It gives us a top notch online voting platform.

Nothing is disliked about AssociationVoting but I guess they have to give 15-20 day free trial. So, user can feel the good point about it.
