Pros Great customer service and fast responses if I needed assistance. Great UI for members to use for their voting needs. I also really like the voting report to use to track member engagement year over year. Great built-in features to replicate past elections to keep the settings the same. Cons Not many cons. There is a little learning curve but AssociationVoting staff are so responsive it's very easy to troubleshoot. They reached out to me on a weekend when it was not an urgent question. Their product was easy to use and worked flawlessly. Pros Their customer support was outstanding. Questions were almost always answered on the same day. The product was very easy to use and made running our election very efficient. I will use them for any election I have in the future. Cons I was completely satisfied with my experience with AssociationVoting. I really have no recommendations for improvement other than keep up the great work. February 26, 2026 5.0 Association voting is a no brainer to use if you're an association and want to make sure that people don't worry about leadership relationships with people on a ballot and the outcome. Pros I love how Association Voting enabled us to remove any possible conflicts of interest in running our association election by having all of the votes coming from the 3rd party. Cons There really were no cons - the team was flexible to all of the needs that we had in setting things up so it would run smoothly and seamlessly. Pros For the most part, the learning curve on the AssociationVoting software was relatively short. Customer Support was quick and accurate whenever we needed guidance. After evaluating 21 different eVoting software packages, AssociationVoting proved to be the best value for our money. The system allows for customization of the login procedure through a user-friendly table, which is one of the biggest advantages we found compared to the competition. This feature enabled us to guarantee one vote per household (per our bylaws), even though multiple email accounts exist within each household. Cons The terminology used for “campaigns” took a little time to understand at first, and I had to contact Customer Support to fully grasp how this feature worked. In this system, a campaign simply refers to scheduled voter reminder emails that are automatically sent at specific points during the voting window (for example, at the beginning, middle, and end of the voting period). If this feature were titled “Scheduled Voter Reminder Emails,” I believe it would have been more self-explanatory and easier to understand. It made it easy for us to go from voting by hand to voting online. Voting was easy for members, and the results came in quick and clear. Pros It's easy to use the platform once you've set it up. After you set it up, the platform is simple to use. It's easy to make ballots and send out links to vote. I also like how well organised the results are. It saves time and makes the whole thing feel safe and professional.Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. Cons The interface could feel more modern. The instructions were clear and setting up the voting polls was easy. It was nice the software retained previous election information that we could edit and re-use. Pros Easy to use with a simple learning curve. Once we understood the flow, we were able to move through the software and set up our election process. Cons There was very little that we did not like about the platform. Everything worked for us just fine. Navigating through some of the old communications was the only challenge we had, but even that was not too difficult. The first time I did one, it was, admittedly, a touch confusing, but their support team was able to handhold me through the whole process and even copied over a previous election for me so I wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel. Now, I feel like a pro even though I've only done a handful of these, and that's because the platform itself is intuitive. Pros I like how user friendly the platform is. It's very easy to navigate and the setup process is seamless compared to other options we've tested. Cons Not a fan of how the unsubscribes work, but I do understand that it's industry standard to remove the email address from your platform and not just that one election. I also don't love that there isn't an option for admins to opt someone back in, as our members tend to ask us to do so on their behalves but we aren't able to. Pros We recently added the Live Election feature, and it has so far streamlined the process well. I appreciate that it forces you to clone the election results in the My Elections section so that step isn't accidentally missed. Cons The scroll function (especially on the My Elections page) and maximize/minimize of the menu pane are often slow to respond or glitchy.
