Excellent all around ...2023 was our first time using the system and we are back this year.

Pros

So easy to use for our voters. We had a great voter turn out due to how easy it was for them to vote. Also liked how we could personalize every part of the experience.

Cons

I think the user guide could have been a little more user friendly. I had to contact support a few times but have to say they were very responsive and knowledgable.

The excellent experience we have had with AssociationVoting has allowed us to appreciate how convenient and effective online voting is for us. It has given us the most secure and efficient virtual space to perform our voting sessions with ease.

Pros

We didn't know our online voting would be such a success until we started using AssociationVoting. It is easy to use and makes voting process for everyone to be very undemanding. AssociationVoting keeps our votes very secure and gives a share view onto the results making our voting very transparent. It has also very well detailed voting reports which provides all the details we need to know about our voting sessions.

Cons

We have not found anything in AssociationVoting that is not worth to be liked. All features are super efficient.

We used AssociationVoting for our most recent board election, and it worked out very well. The platform made it simple to set up the election and manage the voting process. Everything ran smoothly as far as the board knows and we were particularly impressed with the ease of use for both administrators and voters. We plan to use AssociationVoting again for future elections.

Pros

The platform was very easy to set and we had no problems with anyone voting. When we validated the election results it was very clear for the workers that it was trustworthy.

Cons

Comparing to more current apps and websites, it doesn't look as "modern" as we would expect, but it isn't a big problem.

We have had a experience with AssociationVoting, our employee engagement has been increased by 57% showing a positive sign towards equity in our organization. Having our employees actively manage in the decision making acts as a non-incentive motivation for them to stabilize themselves in our organization and at the same time continue to participate.

Pros

AssociationVoting enables our C-level executives to curate surveys for making the team members engaged in every decision making, allowing a good leadership within the organization. Reports of the results of each survey/poll gives us managers regarding the psychology of the ground workers and their thoughts. Its really easy to adapt and use, making its learning path intuitive.

Cons

The limited customization from the voter's end is a slight drawback of AssociationVoting. Its adaptable reporting board is really great but its time for an upgrade!

The personalized ballots combined with the fully-managed election options greatly made things easier in our election processes. Our members are very happy with the user-friendly interface and no problems at all with the voting process.

Some minor problems with the initial setup, but those were quickly solved with top-notch customer support.

### "Happy with AV since 2012!"

It's been fantastic being able to say, "Same as last year!" and getting what we need. Representatives have always been very helpful. I appreciate the annual "are you starting to get ready for this year's election?" message; we're more a volunteer-run organization, so we don't have any full-time employee keeping track of things, and the annual prompt helps kick us into gear.

Pros

AV delivers a straightforward, secure voting experience for our organizations' members. It is easy to manage with a small number of people (one could do it, but that's best avoided in elections). Our voters have found it easy to use. The presentation of candidates (photo, platform statement, bio) is good, enabling voters to make meaningful comparisons of candidates easily. Having used the platform for over a decade, it's been really nice to be able to keep the configuration the same, use the same boilerplace site instructions, and continue tapping the same library of candidate photos.

Cons

One or two of our board members have been concerned that we have the capability of seeing the selections made by individual voters in the final report. We admins have always simply avoided doing that, but the technical capability makes some board members nervous. It would be better if we could ask someone at AV to disable that function for us.

Reason for choosing AssociationVoting

Cost, ease of administration, user experience. At the time, coordination with printed mailings was a competitive advantage.

Pros

Being a chair to the company elections team organizers, I handle several events from different departments. The beauty of it being virtual meetings. I have so far taken two AGM elections both virtual and live with this tool and it is exceptionally awesome.

Cons

At first, I could hardly bare with the fixed settings like font size and color. It would be nice if such customizations are possible in the new versions coming.

I have used this before in a much less complex election and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up the voters.

Pros

We had association-wide and special interest groups on the same ballot. AV made it simple to upload each member's SIG affiliation so they only voted for the SIG officers for whom they were a member.

Cons

I didn't really have any cons. Everything worked well.
