realizing that I am still getting familiar with the product, at the same time seeing significant room for improvement (on the interface side in particular)

all of the necessary features are there.

Cons

but not always in an easily accessible manner; sometimes downright counterintuitive.user interface would benefit greatly from an upgrade.the different manner in which items are displayed on both the Customer and Candidate screens when in edit/input mode vs. just view mode is so starkly different as to be completely counterintuitive.

初めて使用しましたが、使いやすいのと、不明点はすぐ担当の方が丁寧に教えてくださいます。

Pros

細かいルールを決め、社内で使用方法を統一すれば、活用の幅も広がる。カスタマイズも可能な為、使いやすいようにできるのもいい。

Cons

以前使用していた製品からこちらに移行した際に、別の表示方法で表示される為、もしそれもカスタマイズでき、項目名変更や追加出来たらいい。

Pros

これまでに、数社の製品を使用してきましたが、候補者の検索機能、案件の進捗管理、求人管理とTamago-DBは一番使いやすいよい製品でした。また、デザインも優れていて、大変お勧めです。

Cons

求人票を作成する機能について、マニュアルがあると大変助かります。また、Tamago-DBからメール送信、求人添付ができれば良いと思います。

担当の方のサポートが丁寧で迅速。データ入力が比較的簡単。

Cons

機能・入力項目が多すぎるため、少人数の会社で完璧に使いこなすには、時間と労力が掛かる。レジュメインポートも100%正しい情報入力がなされるわけではないので、人の手による修正が必要。

自分の考えですが、Database製品はシンプルが一番だと考えています。余計な機能が多いと、思考を複雑化してしまうと考えるからです。この点、これまでの経緯やちょっとしたメモ書きなどを候補者ページなどでストレスなく書き込めるので、体系化する前の断片の情報を蓄積することができ、後に帰納的な整理ができるので助かっています。

Pros

直感的に操作ができ、シンプルで使いやすいと思います。

Cons

以前は、導線が若干複雑だった点もありましたが、日々改善されていると考えます。

膨大な情報をすぐに探せて便利です

CVを読み込んでCandidateの登録が自動でできるのが便利です。

Cons

機能が複雑なので、慣れたら使いやすいですが、慣れないと使いたい機能がどこにあるか探しづらいです。

Simple and I like it. I only used SFDC in the past 7, 8 years so I don't know much about the comepetitors.Reasonable price. Tamago is good enough for us.

Pros

・サポートの対応が早い・担当者にリーチしやすい・値段相応感がある（そこがいいところなので値上げしないで下さい）

Cons

フル機能で使っていないので特に今は思い浮かばないが、強いて言うなら履歴書やファイルのページを開いたときに、ページそのものの表示ではなく、ファイル名を一覧表としてリスト化して出してもらえると少ないスペース上に表示されるので一目瞭然でわかる（現状は４つ？以上のファイルが存在する場合、その中から必要なファイルを探す場合スクロールが必要で骨折り）
