After using 4 different databases for this, I can comprehensively say that Tamago is the most intuitive and beneficial database I have used so far. Pros Tamago is very easy to use with an intuitive interface. The customizability of the database is also a massive plus. Cons There is some redundant duplication of features across the system. It's not super heavy with so many features that don't get used. It has everything you would want for recruitment and it's very easy to use. Search is fantastic and everything is very user intuitive. Cons It's actually tough to think of what I don't really like. If I really think about it, I'd say maybe if there was more API's with other applications. Reason for choosing Tamago-DB We chose TamagoDB for a few reasons. We really liked that the product was made by recruiters who know the business and it showed. The software does everything that we felt was important to us and it does all of those things well. Lastly there is local and personal support from the team. It's easy to get someone on the phone and everyone is super friendly and professional. Consultant Human Resources Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Good Software for Recruiters" March 22, 2022 3.0 In comparison with another system I used before it is great - easy to use, self-explanatory and the customer service is getting back quickly if necessary. Pros Tamago is easy to use, easy to navigate and has a lot of good features, like the keyword search, automated matching, tags. Good to keep the documentation about profiles clear and easy to follow, what happened with certain profiles within the company. Also easy to deal with shortlists. Cons Searches have already a couple of search options, but it would be nice to have more different variations. It is easy to learn yet there is a lot of depth in terms of functionality. Biggest plus is the customer service though - requests are handled very quickly. I have used many different recruitment CRM systems (salesforce, loxo, bullhorn...) - Tamago is the best among them. They would then let me know whether it will be done immediately, or down the road. With other companies I used sometimes it was hard to get any response. We have tried, tested and used several platforms in the past but decided to go with Tamago-DB as it was exactly what we wanted - simple friendly user interface that is intuitive and helps make our job less complicated yet have all the necessary tools and functionalities to find candidates and track progress. Pros Simple layout, easy to work through even for a beginner user, and takes less time to train, yet has powerful pipeline and workflow management tools.
