It really eases your manual work. Pros This product is very easy to use & its mainly use to manage client details through which our Finance team can invoice the client monthly. It is self explanatory & auto pop up feature helps you a lot if you missed something Cons First time user will face difficulty as one needs to be trained before using it. I think tutorials should be available on the portal. The user interface works great and is very intuitive. Pros The ease of use and install make this one of my favorite VSM platforms. To turn up a Federated Architecture that meets the needs of most customers and does it under budget is outstanding. Cons I would like to see an integration with various Access Control platforms. I believe that it would round out the current product line. Pros Very simple and easy to use interface. Installation was rather simple once you figure out the little nuances. Cons The overall setup and deployment was fairly simple; however, due to the documentation it required a call into technical support. Installation guide needs improvement in the SSL certificates and Active Directory integration areas. I can see folks that are not too familiar with Linux having issues. Health check monitoring is lacking as well. Having the ability to check on the health of the remote Orchid Core systems (i.e. hard drives, memory, CPU, etc.) and IP cameras as well as providing proactive alerts would bring HUGE value to the product. It is intuitive and does not require heavy configuration to get cameras working. Cons The least liked thing is not Orchid but the initial configuration of the actual camera by certain manufacturers. I found it harder to initially configure multiple cameras than it was to get the cameras online with Orchid.
