Pros: Call Tracking Pro is super easy to set up. First, it works well as a customer services. It can redirect phone call to a specific number and redirect phone calls to multiple phone calls at same time. Second, it helps you analyze ads

Pros: Easy to use, friendly interface, it works, and it's affordable. The support system has been pretty solid thus far also. My clients have been happy with using it.

Cons: I would like an integrated on-hold messaging option. A dashboard to upload a custom audio production that plays back to callers that have been placed on hold.

Overall: Well designed interface, easy to use and provides value.

Excellent tracking system. Enables us to optimize each of our marketing channels.

Pros: A very cost effective system for attributing phone conversions to the responsible marketing channel. Excellent customer service.

Overall: We are able to attribute phone conversions to distinct marketing channels, which has enabled us to optimize all of our marketing efforts.

Pros: For such a low cost it is a quality software that improved my business! The customer support is very friendly and quick to respond!

Pros: Automatic invoicing and call whisper. It makes it very easier for marketing businesses to track phone calls and invoice their clients.

Cons: They currently do no integrate with QuickBooks or FreshBooks. However, it says coming soon on their website.

Overall: Few of the many benefits I received from using Call Tracking Pro system is Automatic Invoicing, Call Spam Filtering, Professional Voice Over, Professional Messaging Tree, Optional Location Routing, Advanced Call Whisper etc.
