Unlike other softwares, Atlantis ORS has many special features to help ease the booking services of people. It is an all in one software especially regarding on payments, they know a lot about it.

Cons

No problem at all about monthly subscription. They always give an update. No hassle to use. The best booking engine of all.

features are way ahead of anything you will see out there, when you take their products it will be all in one from website to content managing of your website to booking engine even Domain and hosting, best of all they know alot about payment gateways locally.

Cons

monthly fix subscription cost, their support is very locally concentrated. so if they have a local office in your country most likely that's the time you will be supported properly.

i did not have to find different providers who will handle my domain, hosting, email support, website content updates, booking engine, payment gateway, they have other products where hotels can sell their services also like ecommerce for hotel

Pros

features is way ahead of anything you will see out there, when you take their products it will be all in one from website to content managing of your website to booking engine even Domain and hosting, best of all they know alot about payment gateways locally.

Cons

monthly fix subscription cost, their support is very locally concentrated. so if they have a local office in your country most likely thats the time you will be supported properly due to their volume of clients there are times where replies take 2days

Pros

best customer support available among competitors. Fully capable software with reasonable commission rate.

Cons

Ease of use. Sometimes tricky to use and has frequent bugs. Frequency of updates can be improved by having more significant updates with less frequency.

Pros

it is easy for us to use the new system, my front desk officers can manipulate and easy to control the room allocation. And for us to easy to see the reviews.

Cons

actually we do not have any issue with the system as for now. maybe in the future and i hope customer service can help us address all of our concern real time.

Pros

interface is nice on the eyes, the color and buttons are nice. Even the interface for the end user is also pretty.

Cons

limited functions and options. It is very hard to upload your rate matrix for the entire year because the choices for bulk update is very limited. There is also no choice for multiple selection for the different types of rooms making it impossible to edit rates and rooms in a large scale without consuming a day or two.

The system is easy to use. It is helpful to check the reservations or any invoice. The design is minimalist.

Cons

I have nothing against the system. I don't find any error about it. But it doesn't mean that you will not improve your services or your system.
