Cons

As a business, we found this really helpful in collecting raw customer on-the-spot feedback. Others were encouraged to see they “weren’t alone” in their concerns or findings.

Pros

The best thing about this software is the real-time engagement you can have with your audience. What an effective way to tailor your customer journey in a large group presentation! Keep them engaged on their mobile devices and protect anonymity rather than “a show of hands”.

Cons

I wish there was the ability to “copy” a poll, for the instances you want a restricted poll vs not restricted.
