Pros

\- 24hrs Business/Customers Support - Full details of the leads/clients are captured via online form. - You do not need to save leads/clients contact.

There is need to be able to have more than one admin.

Hi! Now you can add more admins simply go to any operator and assign him or her as second admin. This user will be able to control and change any settings except access to subscribtions or any other payments details.

I found it on vc.ru and we start to use it long time ago. Convenient integration with the site allows you to start working instantly. Working via telegram does not require installation of additional software.

I did not find any cons. There is everything we need.

Only the best sensations, I don't know what else to wish for - except to make it a little cheaper

Pros

The coolest application for supporting users on the website. Ingenious and simple.

Cons

Everything is fine with Re: Pline, except for one thing, I would never have known about them if I hadn't been in an accelerator with them

Most of all I liked the simplicity of communication. availability of telegram messenger and facebook Very inexpensive financial policy availability of integration with other services via api
