Pros

\-Quick setup -Works securely -Great 2FA from mobile app -Peace of mind

Cons

\-Extra steps required for Windows 7 (Not a deal killer)

Save a lot of time for remote support of client systems.

Pros

I can setup clients pretty quickly Dashboard with all my clients in one place Pricing is just month to month Customer service is great, free setup even. No firewall changes

Cons

No mobile apps yet. They are supposed to have them this quarter. I asked them to let me know once they are ready so I can also use them.
