“Easy to setup, flexible customer service, and decent pricing”

OverallSave a lot of time for remote support of client systems.
ProsI can setup clients pretty quickly Dashboard with all my clients in one place Pricing is just month to month Customer service is great, free setup even. No firewall changes
ConsNo mobile apps yet. They are supposed to have them this quarter. I asked them to let me know once they are ready so I can also use them.
