ProsIts easy to use and keeps all the records quite clear. Bundled with mobile phone Apps, Service engineers easily know what's need to be done and work out. Customer gets instant SMS and email alerts for registration, work completion and job delivery. The best part of ServeCircle being tremendous support from the customer care. Anytime either call or chat, you get immediate support.
ConsSince every details are online, it is difficult to access data when internet connection is out.

“good fo service center ”

Overallsolving meany problems like manual typed job seet convert into good format with problems and cost of repair . so every signal documents in proper format. its impressive for our customer.
Pros1 . no need to save any data in local drive. 2. reports are very clear and useful formats. 3. every need is fulfilled for service centers. 4. jobseet format is very good. every checklist and input information show in print.
Cons1.its cant be use without internet. 2. data can not open without internet. and also can't find customer information without internet.

ConsSoftware was good for using but plz add hsn code uplode by excel and when we select hsn code then tax % auto selected

“SERVE CIRCLE software for maintenance people”

Overallwe could systematically acknowledge the receipt of support/service calls and provide regular updates
ProsEase of updating regular status of service during the course of support case.
Consnothing to dislike as such. might be we can add few more features in the coming months like customer login to book a call , graphical reports for management.

“Excellent Software for Service Centres”

ProsEasy to use. Since it is cloud it is easy to access from any ware
ConsInventory section is not user friendly. A field should be given for entering the rack in which the product for repair is placed.
