Point of sale, checking in, putting out the WOD data, etc. I HATE other software like WODify and Zenplanner where people enter their daily "scores" and "numbers", because it leads to elitism, dishonesty, and friction in EVERY gym I've coached at prior to my own. Cons Not much, it can be glitchy at times but that is to be expected when a business is new. It's always resolved. Pros As a new strength and conditioning studio, I needed a low cost gym management software that was familiar with the fitness segment I'm a part of. All of the features I needed were there. Cons I love PP, but the ease of use and ability to edit both what my members see and scheduling is tricky and has a severe learning curve. All the features I need are present, but there are many small details in several areas of the app that if they were developed for end user purposes would make this software truly exceptional. It's very well though out from a business process standpoint. It's extremely easy to set up and use, and the features it has work well. Cons The POS was a little cumbersome for us, but we do a lot more retail product sales than most gyms. November 25, 2020 4.0 Pros The ease of use and it's many integrations make this software simple to use. Cons They're still building certain products, so certain features haven’t had all the 'bugs' worked out yet. But don't let that fool you, these guys are quick to make updates and changes that make their product worth it! Pros I love that if I have a question, I can chat with someone quickly and get it answered. It has been a huge selling point. Cons So far just the fact that I can’t toggle back and forth between customers paying with CC and ACH. I wish they could choose when signing up for a membership with me. Our goal is to make the simplest, most "automagic" system for gym owners to help them save time and headaches (and make more money focusing on their clients!) I think what you're looking for is the ability to have a online self-serviced signup and have the client choose ACH or CC. We built it as a hard switch (one or the other) because most gyms who want to use ACH want all their customers on ACH. I think this is something we can revisit when we rebuilt our landing pages. It's very easy to use and the support is phenomenal. Pros It's very easy to use and I was able to migrate from my old platform in a matter of hours. Cons The web UI can be a bit klunky at times and there's a bit of a disconnect between the check in portal app and the web console when a member cancels a reservation. I know people say this, but honestly it’s so true. Mine is a start-up business and push press made me feel like a professional company and made my members think it too! Genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. I’ve told loads of people and shared the link in lots of fitness groups. I’m happy to put my name to it for sure Pros The ease of setting everything up was incredible. I don’t like the idea of writing or copy/pasting code so this was a dream. It does everything I wanted plus loads more for an incredibly good price. The online help is ‘actual’ people who reply actually help! They understand your business too, which is excellent. Cons If I have to put something, it’s that it uses American dates which always confuse me! Pros Serves as a decent base for a Crossfit gym. Cons The reporting is terrible. Hard to run a business using the built in reports. They are seldom correct or useful. What they didn't say was that certain feature for billing and other aspects of the system are still in the works and don't ever seem to get moved forward. Pros Easy to use. Has some really great features and options for admins on the back end. Pretty user friendly and at a good price. Cons There always seems to be something wrong (missing dates on payroll, birthdays not showing up for members, unable to resume paused accounts, etc.) and the integration of optional apps does not work the best. The system itself is user friendly, and takes little prep to use. Cons I wish the ability to charge using ACH was an option. All our questions and concerns that have been addressed were rectified and quite promptly. Pros I like the ease of navigating the software. Everything is simple and straight forward, which is exactly what we needed to keep track of members and to process their payments. There are good metrics to keep track of financial areas as well. Cons I would like an overall feature to list in one area all the members assigned to a staff member regardless of what type of membership they have, this way they have a running list. They seem to truly be interested in the success of their users, and not just for their own benefit, but just to be as helpful as they can. Customer service has always been quick and effective. Really like the integration options as well. Cons Little bit of a learning curve getting started, especially if you are coming from another tool, so you have to relearn all the settings, where they are located, and how to configure everything. It was not always where I would have thought it would be. They do have a checklist that makes things simpler though.
