Easy to use, very efficient, and helps us consistently gather patient feedback while also strengthening our online presence and improving patient engagement overall.

Cons

Limited customization options in certain areas, which can make it a bit harder to tailor messaging exactly how we’d like, but overall it still works very well for our needs.

Swell is highly recommended by us for our communications with clientele which has allowed our business to grow beyond our borders.

Pros

We love the ease of use for efficiently communicating with our clientele where they are - which is digital! Swell has made communications, and our requests for social media reviews, extremely easy and seemless. Our texting campaigns for broader messaging to our clientele was effortless and fruitful. Thank you, Swell, for being with us as we grow!

Cons

That we weren't able to accept payments through our Swell platform due to our highly regulated industry - not a problem with Swell directly.

Our experience with Swell has been seamless and positive considering the method we were using prior. We have noticed how our Google reviews have jumped up since joining Swell.

Pros

The ease of use from the providers side requesting reviews from the patients. Also, seeing the number of reviews on a month-to-month comparison is easy to decipher.

Cons

No problems so far. Everything has been easy to incorporate into our daily operations.

Beyond excellent. The team behind Swell is incredible. Cam besides being super knowledgeable and efficient, is very personable and follows up closely personally. He’s easy to reach snd to communicate with. In general whole team is great

Pros

Swell has been the best add on to our online campaign. The setup is minimal and it works like magic from the day you start. Reviews just pour in.

Cons

I wish I knew about it earlier. Id suggest more exposure.

I loved the easy access to our clients. I loved seeing when we would get a new review.

Creating a chat to a new member wasn't the easiest to figure out.

Swell is very easy to use and works well to communicate with patients.

Pros

I love the 2 way texting it is very convenient for chatting with patients for scheduling, rescheduling.

Cons

At times even when a patient is in the system it will not find them so then I try and add them into the system and then it finds the patient.
