My experience has been okay, but not amazing. Not the best, certainly not the worst. It's a solid ok.

Pros

The interface is easy to use. It's clean and easy to understand.

Cons

We were sold on an integration with our current CRM. Swell has not been able to deliver on that promise. I don't feel like they have a lot of support to troubleshoot these issues.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to boost reviews. Also for sending out campaign emails/texts automatically.

Pros

Our reviews sky rocketed after we started working with Swell. I also really enjoy the email/text campaigns! The previous company we used put a limit of 3 campaigns per month, which was extremely limiting. We also get multiple reviews per week now!

Cons

There is nothing we don't like at the moment.

Pros

We love that Swell integrates with our practice management software and does the hard work behind the scenes. It is so easy to use the platform to monitor reviews. We have gotten so many more reviews without really putting in any effort at all. It is very reasonably priced as well. We would definitely recommend Swell to others!

Cons

We have nothing to complain about. We love Swell and what it has done for our online reputation!

It is beneficial to have an automatic message send out to remind people to submit reviews. It saves us time.

Pros

The best thing about this software is the ability to communicate with patients.

Cons

This is somewhat pricey. It would be nice to have only certain tiers for specific uses. We use it to mostly communicate with patients for appointment reminders and reviews. However, patients can write reviews anywhere for free.

I've been pleased to see that no matter where the practice is that I'm working with, we see great results from the product- and are able to improve their online reputation through directly and easily asking for reviews. The text that the patients receive is really easy to walk through and review through simple steps, and then take the review public. I've been pleased with the customer service and the product itself.

Pros

I really like that the dashboard is easy to access and send out reviews. I work in a dental marketing agency and we use Swell as one of our trusted products we sell to clients. They are able to easily link the reviews to their practice management software and automatically send them out, they also have a manual product where you can send the reviews yourself through inputting the information about the person you're requesting a review from. It's super easy and simple!

Cons

I have noticed some bugs with being able to access all of my clients reviews platforms, but all have been easily sorted out with Swell's great team.

### "Terrible Experience "

Terrible experience. We made it very clear that we used Go Daddy only to find out that it was not compatible with it after we signed and paid for everything. We already spent an hour learning to use the system and then they wanted to log in to try and integrate the system for us. By this time we are already irritated and in full swing of our busy season. We did not want to sit through more virtual meetups. We wanted our money back. They withheld $400+ from us for the initial setup.

Pros

It seemed easy enough to use. Nothing was too complicated to follow.

Cons

Was not compatible with Go Daddy but was not told this until after we paid and signed for it.

Getting critical info to our clients quickly has been a huge win. I used to spend hours each week hunting up contact info so that I could send out specific and repetitive communication. Swell makes it so much easier.

Pros

I love the ease of use in adding contacts, communicating with them, and easily managing responses. I also love the quick send option where i can send specific info to just a few folks as needed.

Cons

There are some things on the new experience that don't work as well as the original experience when it comes to campaigns. I don't love having to tulle between the 2 experiences.

Swell has allowed us to help our clients manage incoming reviews as well as increase their reputation management.

Pros

From day one, Swell has made it easy to understand the platform with a strategic and helpful onboarding process. The team is quick to respond and quick to help us find a solution to any problem. As a marketing agency, we use this on -behalf of our clients and also allow them the ability to be admin themselves. Our biggest pros have been the automated review requests/management and the webchat function on websites.

Cons

It's still a bit hard to customize the messages you send out for reviews. That being said, it's made it a little tricky to create messages that include all of the necessary information we hope to include.

Was happy to get help with adding Facebook as an option to leave a review on. We started having several people say they couldn't leave a review because they didn't have a Google/ Gmail account (for Google reviews) so we got immediate help and the support team added our Facebook page. Much appreciated.

Pros

Especially easy to use. Integrates well with our 3rd party software like Modento and Dentrix.

Cons

Sometimes there are bugs between Swell and Google with reviews and the actual number of reviews we have.

My overall experience has been great! Anytime something hasn't worked properly or I needed help, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is quick to respond and resolve whatever it may be! So thank you for making the streamlining process for our practices a breeze!

Pros

What I love most about Swell CX is how easy it is to use. Everything is on one dashboard which makes implementing it at the office level so much more convenient and you can't beat the price for the product that you are receiving.

Cons

What I like least about the software is how the review widget appears on the website and it doesn't automatically pull new reviews that come through just the ones up until the point of installing the widget.

We were approached to try out their system due to integration with the online booking software we use. We thought we were doing great with just over 100 reviews on Google in 2.5yrs. Yea..wrong! When we implemented Swell, we expected it to boost a little. Never expected to more than double our numbers in just over 6mos with them. We thought we would try it out and get our feet wet so to speak with it. Now we are ready to start looking at adding features to it to help boost the incoming flow of people even more. It has been amazing.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. Once we implemented the software and everything was setup, that was it. We interact with it though a web GUI. Automated responses, simple to setup templates, website chat with possible guests, and even facebook messages. All in one place. Makes it very simple to use, and train someone to use.

Cons

I have been using it for about 6 months and none so far.

Swell team made all the on-boarding process so smooth and painless. Once we went live with Swell our reviews were non-stop!

Pros

Results! We have results!!! Any other product we demo'd was not able to show facts, and prove how they product helped that other practice to achieve their goal.

Cons

Nothing! We love it! We love every aspect of Swell. It takes asking for reviews and following up completely off your plate. You and your team can focus on providing a great patient experience, and Swell will do the rest.

It is attractive an clean; the look is aesthetically pleasing. It is also fairly easy to use for the customer. They seem to appreciate the one on one attention.

Cons

Too many emails.. I actually hate this and so does everyone else. There should be a setting or an option whereby only messages assigned to us come to us, or messages not yet responded to come to all of us. Threads already in conversation between two other people SHOULD NOT BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO ALL.

Pretty happy overall. Have had some challenges on the api side of things and making it work with Zapier and some of our outside platforms. They have made and pushed changes without notification causing breakage on the review side. Overall I am happy though as when its working its good.

Some API hiccups and integration hiccups. Seems like its still in its infancy on the API side

Sometimes the reviews on google don't match up with the number of reviews on Swell. That's the only issue we've had.
