Pros

Swell is really easy and convenient to use, our company uses it on the daily to accumulate reviews for our google page. This helps bring in more business and appear as trustworthy. Using swell, we have maintained a 4.9 star rating.

Cons

It can be a little messy, we only use the review part of it to send out reminders to leave a review on our google page.

We were looking for a solution that increased the amount of reviews we currently get on Google, Facebook and other sites. We considered many solutions, and even adjusting our current solution, but when we talked to Swell we found them not to be the lowest cost option, but their quality shined. They definitely are lower cost than the other competitors we looked at (Birdeye & Podium), but what really motivated us was no contract and the fact that they were a genuine and sincere operation. Once we turned their solution on, it massively increased our rate of reviews - at least 5x.

Pros

Easy integration with our Eagleosft dental software. They increased our reviews by 5x. Support has been rarely used, but when we have had to talk to them: great.

Cons

There isn't anything we like least. Their support is responsive. Their website is fast and easy to use. Their software syncs with our server well. They have plenty of great recommendations. I don't know what to say "least" about. :)

Overall experience has been good. I was able to add all three of my store locations at a similar price to one location with a competitor. We are able to increase positive reviews and stay in contact with customers in a format that they enjoy and seem to respond and engage well in.

Pros

The ability to request reviews from customers through text and communicate with customer who visit our website through text.

Cons

We have had some occasional glitches with the software. The customer service team at swell has always addressed the issues and fixed them very quickly.

it was very difficult to set up. it took months. There were software glitches with our Dentrix enterprise. however, after it was implemented it has run very smoothly!

I strictly use the review feature of Swell for my business. They automatically pull customer info from my Fareharbor booking software and send followup texts and emails to customers after visiting my business. I have gotten so many more reviews than my old email review followup. In the months of using swell I have doubled my googled reviews. You have easy options to tailor the way reviews are sent out. Best of all it's all automatic. I don't have to do anything. I've been very happy with it!

Pros

Swell automatically pulls customer info from my Fareharbor account, this is my favorite feature! I don't have to do anything at all. Incredibly convenient.

Cons

Since I only use the software for reviews, the monthly price is a bit hefty. If I used all of the features it would be a better value I'm sure.

Sales and Support were helpful and effective. We consistently get 1 or 2 reviews a week, and our locations are now sitting at 4.3 & 4.6 for Google reviews.

Pros

We saw an immediate increase in the number of reviews on Goggle. I am currently using the "Original Experience", and most likely need to reach out to support in considering the current version.

Cons

I had a few issues when we first signed on. Later Covid slowed down our progress as we reached for the stars. Most likely I need to spend time with someone to discuss the improvements/updates with the Swell product and how they might help with our endeavor.

Overall it has been a great experience and they are extremely easy to work with

Pros

We work with many dentists and have found that they have a hard time sending out review invites. They get busy and the front office forgets often. Swell integrates directly with the office software and automates the entire system. The result is hundreds of great reviews.

Cons

As they are a newer software, they do not have a help page yet with articles so I have to ask directly. But they have very swift customer support so all my issues have gotten handling rapidly.

I love the dashboard, I feel it is inviting, and user friendly.

Cons

Set up was a little much, I remember having to go to every single computer in our office and having to download something, with us being a start up it did end up taking up quite a bit of time. Other then that everything has been GREAT!

Awesome experience and always get a response quickly if I have any questions or concerns.

Pros

The way the software was developed makes it very easy for a patient to review my practice and the numbers have been growing as a result. One of the best ways to drive referral marketing.

Cons

Multiple reminders can be a pro and a con. Everytime patient comes in he/she gets a reminder to review. Im sure those that dont wont to review may find it annoying.

I like the ability to chat with people online and message our existing customers but the lack of mobile compatibility can't be understated.

Pros

Integration was very easy into our existing website and software.

Cons

The dashboard is super difficult to use and the mobile compatibility is almost non-existent. We try and use swell a lot of the phone and it is absolutely awful to deal with.
