We tried it out, mainly to increase our reviews online. We had some success with a mass review request campaign, but ultimately we decided to try a different route. Would still recommend swell to anyone hoping to streamline their review gathering processes.

Pros

It was easy to manage potential contacts and reviewers. The sales team was awesome, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] did a great job of helping us understand and use the software. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was awesome in answering my many questions and concerns.

Cons

We were hoping it would have the ability to automate messages and review reminders. Unfortunately that didnt work out too well.

It has been good. We have gotten almost 200 reviews in less than a year.

Pros

It’s pretty effortless after you get it dialed in.

Cons

That if you allow google and Facebook as a review platform it also introduces the swell review. When you do that it takes reviews away from google and Facebook. I probably had 30 people review me in swells platform which is completely worthless because no one can see them but me. They need to remove that option. When I contacted customer support they said it could not be removed.

Sell CX has completely automated our review requesting process. We are finally obtained amazing 5 star reviews on Google thanks to Swell's easy to use interface and well formatted text messages and graphics.

Pros

I love that this software is completely automated. Myself and my staff do not have to spend literally any time to solicit reviews from our patients.

Cons

I have no complaints about this software.

Pros

I like that we are able to allow our entry-level reservations agents access to Swell for communicating with guests. It alleviates the burden on the reservations managers who need to focus their time on other tasks. Previously, our primary methods of communicating with guests were telephone and email, and we did not want to grant full email access. Guests are also able to ask questions quickly directly from our website instead of being put on hold during busy times.

Cons

I do wish that it would forward unanswered chats to an email after a certain amount of time, say 1-2 hours. Would also like to integrate our Facebook Messenger with Swell, if possible.

Pros

I am on a team who uses this software and we enjoy it! It is a great tool to use to request & collect reviews from clients. It's frees up our time from manually sending emails/texts out asking for reviews, the clients get a link to the exact and correct place to leave a review and the response rate has been great for us. We have recommended and talked about Swell to several people in our industry.

Cons

We have noticed a few glitches to where our reviews weren't being published to Facebook or Google as we had it set up.

The ease of sending customer reviews to our patients

Cons

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8-5 and Friday 7:30-12:30. We have an automated message for when we are closed. We have been told that they cannot customize it for Friday's hours so each day it shows we are open until 5 pm. I feel like this is an easy fix for your company and you should be able to accommodate daily office hours.

Excellent overall experience using swell. 10/10 would recommend.

Pros

This software integrates directly with google - making it fast and easy for my patients to leave my practice a review. As a new start up dental office, getting these reviews is really critical. Swell has done a fantastic job of helping us boost our online presence through google reviews.

Cons

The set up was a little shaky. It took some back and forth with support to work out all of the wrinkles, but support was very responsive and helpful in addressing the issues.

I enjoyed my experience with Swell. Unfortunately, I was not able to continue using it due to a lack of a few features that are needed in my operation. Since then, two of the features have been added, but the notification feature is still missing. Once Swell becomes more feature rich, I will probably switch back to it. Again, the staff is great!

Pros

I very much enjoyed the support staff. They were very helpful. The software admin page is very useful as well.

Cons

It would be nice to select what notifications are sent. Right now, you either get them all or none. Being able to personalize a feedback template is needed as well.

So far it has gone very well!

Pros

We had it set-up so Swell would start the day our other company ended. The transition was seamless! We've already received 7 Google reviews in just a few days! I am very hopeful that we will continue to get new reviews and our business relationship with Swell continues well!

Cons

I haven't quite mastered the website and it seems very overwhelming but that is partly my fault as I haven't taken time to really work with it since we are so busy.
