Pros

In these times of high inflation it is imperative that the customer knows as soon as possible any changes to their account. Prior to Swell we sent out 100 plus letters alerting customers about price increases coming down the line. This took a great amount of time. With Swell we wrote one text and sent it to everyone. So Great! This alone makes Swell worth more than I can explain. Also I needed some help learning how to do this. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]from Swell could not have been more helpful. He and all the people at Swell are wonderful.

Cons

I really have no dislikes about the software.

It isn't very user friendly.

Cons

The dashboard doesn't stay up to date. Always shows unread messages. There is a delay in overall usage sometimes attachments won't send To switch from one contact to the nest isn't smooth

Pros

Very easy set up, and was seemlessly integrated into our Client Relationship Management Software. We are now getting consistent reviews every month!

Cons

$2,400 a year seems a bit steep for what it is.

Pros

Chat feature and review prompts are the most impactful for our business.

Cons

The ap is sometimes a little cumbersome to navigate.

Very good! Setup was seamless and we started receiving reviews right away. My contact with customer service has always been good.

Pros

Just since restarting the software just three months, we've received over 40 google reviews. It's great to get feedback from patients almost daily and keeps our rating high with minimal effort on our end!

Cons

I had a slightly difficult time finding where in the software to find patients so we could remove them from contact, but I did find it and that's the only issue I've had so far.

My overall experience has been great from the start. Customer Service is always there to help you.

Pros

I love that it is able to reach out to all of our patients regardless of their cellphone provider. We have had almost 20 reviews in the first week that we start with Swell! I would highly recommend if you're seeking to increase your customer/patient base.

Cons

I don't think there is anything that I don't like it about it at this point. It is an overall great software.

The only down fall is that we get an "error" message A LOT which means we need to restart our message and refresh.

I have reached out to Swell's customer service once and was helped fairly quickly and efficiently.

Pros

Swell's platform allows us to easily interact with our members for basic institution needs. While easy to navigate, I do wish it was a little more user friendly. I have noticed some small glitches/bugs along the way but nothing too bad.

Cons

I believe with a couple more updates aimed at ease of use for the consumer will allow me to use the Swell platform even more.

Overall a great experience with Swell. Highly recommend it. I still recommend them to my friends. Features are not dramatic, however reviews are amazing.

Pros

The software is very simple to use. The goal for my business was to increase Google Reviews. Swell helps us achieve this! It was amazing a how quickly we started getting good quality reviews.

Cons

I wish there were more features such as text to confirm patients. It is also a little time consuming to get patients into Swell in order to text them.

Love the idea of what it does, but a 10 min run through does not help a business owner get it's full potential

Negative Experience. I've worked with many marketing companies over the years and this company is nothing but fraudulant in what they say they are going to do. Signed up for a 1 month free trial period with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] the sales rep and he assured me great results and said would contact me after the 1 month trial to go over the results. After the one month free trial it turned into a monthly fee. Again, he was supposed to contact me, which never contacted me again after making the sale of the free month and the auto renew kicked in. Of course I forgot and didn't realize I was being charged the monthy fee until I looked at my credit card bill. I emailed a message to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and never received a message back regarding why I was being charged. This went on for 3 months of billing that I was charged for an no responce. The company stood behind their incompetent sales person who just made the sale and would not refund me for 3 months of service. I have cancelled billing with this company and will never do business with them again. Very unfortunate experience. Feel like I got the wool pulled over my head.

Pros

I don't have anything good to say about this company.

Cons

Auto sends text messages or emails to clients too often even after they choose they do not want to be bothered again.

Working with Swell CX has been great from the start! The team was super great

Pros

We've used a couple of different review platforms for our clients and this one has by far pulled in the greatest results. One of our dentists now has over 300 5 star reviews and he's thrilled! Swell has helped up make out clients very happy, so that makes us very happy!

Easier ability to disable requests/sends

We were getting reviews for our dental office, but not necessary reviews on Google. Swell allowed us to increase our Google reviews up to 40 more reviews on average per month. This will definitely help us get more new patients.

Pros

Swell has been fantastic in increasing the number of Google Reviews for our office. It was super easy to get set up to and sync with our management software.

Cons

We haven't had any issues with Swell or any real cons.

The issue is that this software is supposed to make things easier, but the notification to review comes from a random number. No one follows through unless I specially ask them and at that point I may as well just be sending out requested myself.

I have been using it for a month, I can say Im suprised of the results, it is very useful to be able to reach the customers and send them information to see their customer experience.

Pros

You can reach customers very easy, and promote your company through SMS.

The interface could improve, its not bad, but it can be better.
