Pros Swell is easy to use and the text option is the most used for me. Also the customer reviews are used often with quick send. Cons It is somewhat hard to figure out how to start a conversation. This made asking for reviews and actually getting feedback from customers extremely easy. Pros The software is incredibly easy to use. You log into the dashboard and can easily navigate the program without having any sort of training or experience with this type of software. Sending out emails and texts is very quick to do and only takes a few minutes to do each day. Cons Nothing immediately.
