The platform is easy to use and has helped me gain a clearer understanding of the user experience with my app and make more informed decisions.

Pros

It has helped me improve our roadmap and make more informed decisions, but without feeling overwhelmed. Also, the integration with other trading tools is just awesome.

Cons

On several occasions I have experienced some small issues and delays in loading data. But I have to say that your technical support team has always been very helpful and they have solved my problems quickly.

It is useful tool to see and review how your apps are performing.

Pros

Our company used appbot especially to get user reviews for our monthly reporting. The UI is pretty easy to use and straight forward, our customer service team had no issue in using this tool and getting all the required data (once it is configured).

Cons

The initial configuration with Google Play Developer Console was pretty hectic and we already followed the how-to, but it is managed eventually.
