Ease with routing, and managing an organized delivery schedule for our clients offering a stable and reliable routine for our drivers, and clients. The mobile feature allows both driver and operator to review each day, no matter where they are. Mobile features allow access and operations anywhere, anytime making it great for days when you have to leave the office for a period of time.

Pros

Each feature - old or new is simple to navigate and learn; making training on this software quick and leaves the trainee with to be able to operate the software with confidence. The mobile feature allows communication and changes to daily routines easy, and effective for both operator and driver.

Cons

We consistently have to re-route the data base which can be frustrating at times, especially on busy mornings, but the Support Team usually resolves this in a timely manner.

Good.

Pros

Customer support always responds fairly quickly.

Cons

Some features don't work such as the 'Route Map'. Also to use some of the other useful features, we need to pay extra. It would be very convenient for us if Routestar also ran on a 28 day calendar.

Adding customers via a map, using diagram around stops to route and more. - New reports for Viewing Manifests History - Drop down list of your destruction facilities - combining multiple services during month to show on one QBs invoice We appreciate your tenure business for over four (4) years. Pros

Seems to be the capability to customize the software to specific needs Has a vast amount of available data for most route service businesses The mobile side is very simple and can be used across all platforms Data backed to a tried and tested accounting backend (Quickbooks)

Cons

Doesn't automatically live sync to the mobile app/QuickBooks, you're required to click to sync Sales tax is limited to capabilities of QuickBooks, which is suitable for most Access DB - not easily synchronized to third-party cloud apps
