The platform makes the onboarding process smooth, simple, and paperless. I liked how everything was centralised from signing contracts to uploading documents and tracking progress. It saved a lot of time compared to traditional methods. The interface is easy to use, though I think the mobile experience and customization options could be improved. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient tool that takes the stress out of starting a new role Pros The user friendly interface makes the onboarding process smooth and easy to follow. Everything is digital and centralized no more chasing paperwork or multiple emails Cons The desktop version works smoothly, but on smaller screens, the experience can sometimes feel less intuitive.
