The platform makes the onboarding process smooth, simple, and paperless. I liked how everything was centralised from signing contracts to uploading documents and tracking progress. It saved a lot of time compared to traditional methods. The interface is easy to use, though I think the mobile experience and customization options could be improved. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient tool that takes the stress out of starting a new role Pros The user friendly interface makes the onboarding process smooth and easy to follow. Everything is digital and centralized no more chasing paperwork or multiple emails Cons The desktop version works smoothly, but on smaller screens, the experience can sometimes feel less intuitive. They have been with us every step of the way and are quick to respond to queries and provide guidance. We are extremely happy with the tool and are looking to work with webonboarding to further enhance and develop our onboarding offering in line with our employer branding initiative. Pros Additional facility of being able to create offer letters and contracts in addition to onboarding activities has saved an enormous amount of time in administration! It also means we can make an offer and get the formal contract over to a new employee on the same day. We can also see when onboardees have accessed the portal and if they haven't attempted, it prompts a call from us to check everything is ok (and in some cases identifies potential non starters at a much earlier point). Cons Slightly clunky. Trying to copy onboarding templates across different 'companies' is not a facility so it had to be created multiple times. Although this is in the pipeline, a dashboard/snapshot showing percentage of completion would also be helpful to see how far people are in the process and to identify which elements are regularly completed and which items are left without having to physically click into several areas to access this information. Reason for choosing Webonboarding The ability to do offer letters and contracts and the ease of use from an onboardee perspective. We were surprised at how easy it was!! Pros Webonboarding was flexible enough to suit all of my organisations on boarding requirements, taking a really long paper process into a digital automated process was amazing! Cons i would like the ability to add users that can see limited field. i would like managers to log in and check progress without being able to click in and see salary data and add their own onboardees! From the candidates perspective the onboarding is informative and looks professional. Cons I believe there are a limited number of templates that can be added for job roles. On the templates, there is not a limited number as such but it is best practice to only have a select few. For example, if the salary is changing often you would set up one template with the salary field blank.
