I have no doubt that we will see an improvement in this score next time the people survey comes around. Pros I love the fact that it has brought a team together that is dispersed work in different locations all round the world. The nature of our work is that one can feel quite lonely when working on a client job on their own. Totem has helped us support each other, ask questions, communicate and have some fun. Cons Something I would love to see in the future is an ability to add a little more detail to events. My only frustration is when you set a challenge you cannot update this via the app you have to do it on CMS.
