Cons Their Help Desk is so slow to resolve the issues you have. It takes days for them not only to fix the problem, but to answer to your question in a box on their website. The interface initially looked inviting. Cons I found the platform very confusing to use. I come from video and media background with years of experience using Premiere and adobe CC. Slow servers that crash where work is easily lost. We also got billed for a full year automatically, even though we had abandoned the platform nearly a year previously. No option of refund. There are other perhaps more transparent and easy to use options out there.
